Best BBQ sandwich I’ve had in WA state. The Cubano blows everything I’ve ever had out of the water. The combination of flavors is amazing and feels like something you’ve never had before which made me happy. Ask for extra napkins because they don’t hold back. Sandwiches are huge and worth every penny. The guy working there also checked in to see how we liked it and was very helpful and seemed to genuinely care about the business.

Ate at food truck in Belfair. Certain it was from this business. Ordered 1/2lb smoked brisket, side of beans, side of chipotle coleslaw, 30$ after tip, typical price for BBQ. The brisket was sliced, not chopped, which I prefer so happy about that. The brisket was tender and juicy, good smoke ring, no sauce necessary good flavor, a solid brisket. Beans had a ton of meat clippings, smaller sized beans, some veggies in there. They tasted good for the style and much care was put into these beans. Personally I prefer a plainer bean side with my barbeque but I am not lowering my review because of this. They were clearly quality beans. The chipotle slaw was a creamy slaw versus a vinegar based slaw. It was fresh and tasted good, the chipotle wasn't overpowering it was subtle and balanced. Solid barbeque truck I will be returning. Four stars due to the wait. Took nearly 30 minutes to get food and wasn't busy, Mac and Cheese being sold out before noon. Tried my coworkers spare ribs and thought they were rushed, tough ribs. Still going to return. I would recommend this business but would recommend getting half pound pulled pork or brisket rather than ribs or sandwiches.

Bob came out and catered a lunch at my workplace. He was great to work with and the food was AMAZING!!! Truly the best brisket I have ever had! I heard a lot of "That is the best brisket and mac & cheese!" from my co-workers.

Great food and excellent service. I had a graduation party for my daughter with 60 guests and everyone loved the food. Pulled pork sandwiches were amazing and the mac and cheese was a huge hit. The baked beans were fantastic along with the chicken quarters.

They were very easy to work with in the planning process, and even worked with us in using a pig that was gifted to us as part of the bbq. The food was incredible, many guests come up to me afterwards and remarked how delicious the food was. Especially loved the ribs, mac & cheese, coleslaw, and brisket!

Absolutely awesome food! Had a anniversary party for around 75 people and everyone loved it! We had the Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, smoked Mac n cheese, BBQ beans, and Chipotle broccoli salad. I highly recommend!

I only gave him about two days notice, and he came through with the best BBQ ? ❤We ordered the pulled pork, mac and cheese, and baked beans.Everyone LOVED the food, & wanted to know where this delicious BBQ came from!!Bob gave me plenty ! Came with his famous BBQ sauce , he even threw in dipping ladles and prongs & serving spoons,Best catering service I've experienced!!Will go here from now on !!

WOW. Finally a proper BBQ spot. It’s been tough finding ribs that are actually tender and fresh. Mac and cheese is great as well. It sucked to hear that due to COVID the Dino bone is not really being sold due to the terrible quality that has been coming in so they will not sell it. That right there shows you that you are dealing with a rare breed of honest people in today’s world. The prices here are fine. I do not understand why people are complaining about that. Ya you could go to Applebee’s and get you a full rack of ribs and save you some money. But while your at it go outside and find some rocks to eat as well because it’s the same thing. (Yes I was desperate for ribs and made the near fatal mistake of getting ribs at Applebee’s) and ill finish with this, tip 10% for take out please.

Very expensive. $25 for 8-10 chicken wings and $25 for one pound of smoked pulled pork. We decided to try it because a friend had raved about it. That will be our last time. Pork was under seasoned and the little styrofoam sides they gave us with beans and macaroni and cheese were very small.

Good food, however the business is doing so bad they are rarely open I think they gauge the prices on side dishes to make up for the lack of customer traffic.Well if Smokehouse BBQ is not serving food from that location Id recommend removing your name as soon as possible. I drive by from work around 2pm wed - sat, and it is constantly not open. If you a have a booming catering business that's great! However I'm reviewing this location and it deserves 3 stars it loses 1 for not having good business practices/management and 1 because the prices are high for a 1/3 of a cup of beans or coleslaw. I'm no twitter troll and I bothered with a review to help your business better itself.Because I believe in small business and I personally want them to thrive, Im movings my review to 4 stars. I think you have great food and an even greater passion for BBQ and catering.

Dang some of the best bbq i have ever had i ordered the rib sandwich and the broccoli salad. Out of this world great price for the amount of food my gal had the cuban and mac and cheese. Yall need to try this place. Owner was awsome gave us samples. Thanks rob and smokehouse BBQ. We will be back.
