Excellent service and meal. Very nice, peaceful at. I had the Caesar Salad with salmon. I started with a bowl of clam chowder - which could have been an entire lunch on its own, but hey, we were here for dinner. The salmon was perfectly grilled. The other 3 people had prime rib - also very large portions, looked and smelled delicious. They all commented on how much they enjoyed their meals, too. I’d certainly recommend dining here!

I really like this place. Visited with a friend last month, and I got the dijon chicken - it was VERY good. I prefer the buffet here at Red Wind, but the grille is a very close second. They offer high-quality, tasty food at a reasonable cost.

ordered the chef's favorite- braised short ribs for takeout. Idk what they gave me, but it looks and tasted awful. Dry and hard. I had also ordered crab cakes for appetizer which was never in the box. Hostess Nala was nice but idk where the rest of my order went. Ordered @950pm, I know it closes @10pm, but come on. I should have gotten something good, tasty and complete since I paid for it.

Was very, very disappointed. Stopped at Redwind and ended up eating here. Ordered the braised beef ribs (one of their specialties) and couldn't have been less satisfied. Nothing on the plate was even close to an acceptable temperature, except for the vegies. Both the ribs and potatoes were "lukewarm". The only reason I didn't complain and send it back was because of the crazy wait of nearly 90 minutes to get a table. Yes, they have distanced the tables for COVID, but I think this was more of an issue of not having the help. For most of our meal there were empty (distanced) tables. Service was mediocre, at best. The other meal was a chicken pasta dish, which didn't get finished because the chicken was tough and rubbery. There was a lot left over with no desire to bring it home.I was very disappointed because I was hoping for a nice meal after a long wait. Truly an example that good things do not always come to those who wait. The only saving grace on the whole thing was the meal really didn't cost anything as I walked away with an extra $600 from the blackjack table.

Nothing says we don't give a rip about the public like turning away customers because some unpublished VIP event is using both restaurants..... Wasted drive will NEVER happen againn.

Super appetizing. I will be back with my friends. This place has a nice atmosphere. I can see why they have so many good reviews.

Absolutely above and beyond service. My fiancé and I went there for dinner last night on the 15th. I was very impressed and excited to finally find a 5 star restaurant here in Washington. Jody, our waitress went above and beyond for us. I was in aw! The surf and turf prime and king crab legs were absolutely mouth watering and amazing!!! We finally found our go to place! Thank you all!

I have had French onion soup at other restaurants, and by far this onion soup at the Squalli-Absch Grill is lacking body, no depth and tasted very sweet. Caesar salad was average. A lime sorbet was served between starter and main dish to cleanse our pallet. That is nice. Though the New Zealand lamb chop I ordered was over cooked, the meat was still moist and tender, very tasty and carmelized with a nice smoky charred flavor, and my lady's Squalli-Absch Trio was done nicely, cooked perfectly and seasoned accordingly. One negative issue was that the mashed potato on our plates were not hot, just luke warm and of room temperature. The creme brulee was rich and comforting. We shared at the completion of our dinner, service was average , nothing exceptional. In general restaurants at Red Wind casino has the best value. They have the best rewards for it's customers, and the best among most Washington state gaming establishment.

We had a group of 12 and not only was the service excellent, but the food was delicious. I had the prime rib and it was a perfect medium rare and delicious. Did not hear any complaints from others.

Not bad prices for a local casino restaurant. The filet mignon was on point with the medium rare cooked. The appetizer, crab cakes was so delicious! Highly recommend ordering it, I wish there was more. The fries with the fish was nice and crispy. The clam chowder was really good too. Service was awesome, very attentive to us and the food came out in a timely manner.
