The place was clean; except for a waste basket that needed to be emptied. Otherwise, everything else was great. Janet and Acacia were very polite, courteous; and professional in taking care of the customers. Keep up the good work guys ☺️

The employees made spending $55 on 2 and half sandwiches a horrible experience. They both were wearing earbuds making me repeat ever word. No professionalism or personality. I felt like I was burdening them by ordering food. My “Sandwich Artist” went to the register, pressed buttons, and came back without changing gloves and rolled his eyes when I asked him to change gloves. I drove 15 minutes home to find out my daughter’s sub has moldy bread. I drove back and had them remake the sandwich. No apology or offer to refund the sub. He was like “what do you want me to do about it?”. I had to tell him to remake it and again no personality or professionalism. Both employers would even talk to the customers in the store. This subway has gone downhill in quality, customer service, but up price. No more value for this location. So sad.

If I could leave no stars that would be more acceptable. The young man working tonight doesn’t know what he is doing. He was more concerned with chatting with his friends the concentrating on what he needs to do. While making the BMT he grabbed a handful of pepperoni, started putting them on the sandwich when he dropped a slice in the catch all! He picked it up put back in his hand and proceeded to put the pep on the sandwich! While his friends are laughing loudly and cursing about a video they were watching. When the young boy making the sandwich gets to the sauces he puts it on the very tip top as he had no space for not building the sand which correctly to put any of the veggies actually on it! So the sauce was basically on the outside! Not to mention the smell of the place is horrid and the gunk built up on the fan y’all have blowing right on all of the open food! I will never be back! Disgusting! Horrible customer service! Hiring children who could care less how to keep a place running properly! Just horrid!

Went on lunch sat there most of my lunch watching the employees make every single mobile order before asking me what I wanted, then after toasting my bread the next employee took it like it was for a mobile order and started adding veggies that was on the mobile order, I don't have all the time in the world to sit and wait for orders to be completed for people who are not there, thanks for wasting my entire lunch because your poorly trained employees fail to make sandwiches, you don't answer every phone call you get before helping the customer in front of you, you should do the same with mobile orders

Miserable experience. I'm a long time customer of this location. On 9/13, attempted to purchase a couple of foot longs with a coupon and was told :we no longer accept coupons" At leas put a notice on the door notifying customers of that policy. The food is overpriced anyway, but at least reasonably priced when using a coupon. That will be my last time doing business at that location.Rick.

****UPDATE****After reading at least the past year's worth of reviews, my partner & I will no longer be returning to Subway, especially not this location.This Subway no longer accepts coupons. Won't be returning to Subway anymore. :(This Subway used to be awesome for a quick bite a night after a long day at work. They stopped offering any of the items that I would normally order, after a certain time. Apparently now they are understaffed so they are closing before 10pm. Just extremely disappointed.

The food is what you would expect! Decent subs. But the staff could do with trying to care a little more about customer service. While I understand sometimes your not in the best mood and we are human. They person who helped us today didn’t really care at all. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

The manager needs to be aware that his workers are wearing earpods while trying to hear the customer give their order. It gets annoying when you need to repeat yourself multiple times while your worker is listening to Fergie!

Came at 9:30 and expected it to be ready for closing in 30 min, employees cleaning etc. Nope! Huge mess. Food everywhere. Cookies smashed in case. Just...what? My presence was barely tolerated by distracted employees. Then they forgot the cheese -- I'd ordered extra cheese. Never mess with my cheese content people!

I recall now why I said to myself I'd never come back when I was here about a year ago.Two young men working...if you can call it that. Yes, one made my sandwich with as little interest and enthusiasm he could muster.Then he disappeared to the back where I could hear and partially see him and his co-worker standing around shooting the shit about their personal lives.Meanwhile, I had to clean my own table and seat off from what a prior customer left.Other table tops and the floors we're messy. The bathroom toilet was filthy as were other aspects of the bathroom; paper towels were strewn about.This would never happen under my watch. If your not helpping customers or doing food prep, you'd best be cleaning and keeping thing tidy.
