SO WRONG.Despite the fact that some customers have been taking it out on staff - as if they have power over Corporate!? - Connor's manner was awesome, and our sandwiches were made to our specifications. :~]

Went through the drive thru, waited almost 10 minutes before paying and waited another 15 for 1 sandwich. People from outside were coming and going as I waited. Got home and opened my sandwich and it had turkey and lettuce and nothing else I requested on it. Every time I go here it takes forever, even going inside. They take their own time and don’t care how long it takes to do what they are doing before helping you or even greeting you.

this is my favorite subway ever! i know the managers and they are both so nice everytime i go in. it's became my regular lunch spot so they all know my sandwich and chit chat with me about my day:) very friendly and kind

I pray and wish the owner of this subway has access to store footage. I pulled up and was walking in the directions of the arrows on the windows a friendly faced man motioned for me to go the other way, so I did he met me at the door and OPENED it allowing me inside. Once in the heavy set white lady could’ve been 45 years or older completely unhinged. Is looking at me like I had 9 eyes so I say, my bad I seen the arrows so I was going that way. She then asks me what are u doing here we’re closed. Again I say my bad I didn’t know I thought yall stayed open late. She replied really nasty its 9:57 we close at 10 mind u Im still at the door backing out while she’s talking. So I said my bad I didn’t know yall was closed damn! She starts clapping and yelling for me to get out. I’m frozen in bewilderment most likely standing there looking silly. So she grabs the phone begins to call 9-1-1!!! I said ur gonna call them and say I didn’t know yall were closed!?? The man the slowly approached me and said sorry I exclaimed I didn’t know yall were closed damn! I’m leaving. She then grabs a pan that the used to toast the subs and throws it at me!!! Hitting my thigh. So now I’m really shocked my teenager gets out the car as I throw 3 oven mits back at her all of them going different directions. So now she’s screaming at the top of her lungs for me to get out so I screamed back at the top of my lungs. My son is now at the stores’ door so I just turn around usher him to our vehicle and we leave. This wildly rude and unprofessional sub artist was completely insane. My mind is still blown and its been an hour ago. Her yelling clapping calling the police, When in all reality a simple oh we’re closed, ok sorry then exits was what should have occurred but this unhinged tweaker couldn’t use her words and communicate like a manager to a customer who was by no means disgruntled or rude. I was not expecting her to service us at 9:57 I wouldn’t have even pulled up and got out had I known. The man could’ve just said we’re closed instead of signaling to go to the door. He could’ve even just said that when he opened the door for me. So I say all that to say this DO NOT GO THERE!!! u never know what might happen to you. U might be assaulted with something more dangerous than a pan, thats just what was within her reach. Had I not walked away we would’ve engaged in combat is what I can only assume. I can’t believe the owners would even allow her to BE a manager. Owners if this store is yours the sleater kinney store check the footage. She is clearly unhinged.

Went in with my granddaughter and husband to get sandwiches and when they confused the sandwiches and added the wrong toppings she proceeded to scrape them off and put them on the other sandwich in a pile. At this time I asked if she could just remake it as I did not want a scraped sandwich that also had oil and vinegar, salt and pepper that couldn't not be fully removed. The employee proceeded to tell me I was being ridiculous and she would just give me my money and we could leave. I was already shocked she thought scraping a sandwich and then dumping it into the other sandwich was acceptable so I was then even further shocked when she proceeded to basically blame me for her error that I could barely reply. She then got super loud cursing and yelling at one point she came around the corner to get into her coworkers face, it was a scary absolutely insanity. Her coworker attempted to deal with her but it just made her louder and more aggressive. The poor coworker had to then stand between us and the lady telling her over and over that cursing at us was not ok. It was complete madness to be treated so poorly over asking for our order to be made properly. I will never visit this location again. If you do beware! The owners need to pull their camera to see how utterly insane this was.
Went to this subway today (8/17/23). The guy working there was super kind and had great customer service. I’d give this guy a raise this was most quality experience I’ve had dining out all year.Only subway location I’ll go to in town!10/10 would recommend.

Really disappointed with my subs from this location. I ordered 2 six inches and 1 footlong yesterday... both the six inches were completely rock hard from being toasted. Could barely bite into them. I go to eat my six inch Philly sub today for lunch.... It's missing BOTH cheese slices, the green peppers and the Mayo. Literally just meat and onions. I paid $11 for this.....

Food from this place gave my coworker diarrhea. And hemorrhoids! AND A POPPED blood vessel from throwing up so much last week !!!!!!! God damn… ???????? if I could give this place -5 stars I would because of what she went through. Disgusting place. They need to call the health department asap… this is completely unacceptable for food.
