Food was good and prepared well. Sometimes you get locations that just through it together but this location was seemingly neat and tried to be careful on the look and how it was prepared.Staff was very helpful and bubbly even in their own conversations between each other.Overall, this was a great little spot and very quiet to eat my lunch.
App experience continues to get worse. One of the worst decisions TB made was to require kiosk ordering in person.I was trying to do a mobile order for a quick pick up but every time I added my food to the cart, it would disappear.Kiosk orders don't let you use rewards, only accrue, which is silly, especially considering I wasn't able to use the app because it wasn't working.I've had multiple 20-30 minute waits when ordering from the app and picking up inside because they don't know how to properly put those orders into the queue. I always get put way behind a bunch of DoorDash/Uber Eats orders and it has become clear that customer service is no longer a corporate value of Taco Bell, which is very disappointing.

There was and I don't want to sound judgmental but what looked like a homeless man that came in and paid for food was trying to eat outside left his belongings put and just came in for his drink mind you he paid and the employees there were all he is on something he has to be on something when in reality he could have a mental disorder and that's why he moves the way he moves but they want to judge him for it all this man was very polite when he walked in I don't get how you can treat a paying customer with disgust just because there not to your standards don't eat here if you dont want a judgemental environment
This one is my go to I work late and graves shifts so they are always coming in clutch! I’ve had a couple issues they have always fixed them. I always order something special and they always get it to me in a timely manner and even if it’s not the best on that day, it’s still better than anything I would’ve gotten at other fast food restaurants.

Love the late night crew! I go there alot and I door dashed food to my work and they remembered my dogs beef bowl without me ordering/paying/ or asking for it! I opened my food bag and it was right on top with a smiley face on the top! Love
Absolutely ridiculous that you have to use the self serve kiosk now. I didn't order or eat. I tried to customize my order like I always do and I couldn't do it on the kiosk. The worker told me he was too busy. So we just left. I will never be back to Taco Bell until I'm allowed to order with an actual person again!

As long as we are forced to order at kiosks, I will give these fast food restaurants low marks in customer service. We are an older couple who would prefer the interaction with employees. Taco Bell is now a vast wasteland when you walk in the door. It feels unfriendly.

We had been there a few days prior and I had asked for no tomatoes on all the orders. The orders came back with lots of tomatoes all over the burritos and the tacos. When we went back to have them replace the meals they were super super nice and the stuff came back perfect this timeThey even gave us coupons for free tacos on our next visit. I was a bit apprehensive because I couldn't find our receipt but they didn't even ask for the dang thing. Like I said they were super nice and really helpful. We will definitely revisit that particular taco bell in the future
