Stopped for lunch, and it was great! Got the tofu fresh rolls, tofu bahn mi, and chicken teriyaki with fried rice. Everything was very fresh and the staff was friendly. The Thai tea was just okay, but everything else made up for it. Would recommend!

Had this pho before, but this time, there was a major issue with the takeout vegetables.The sprouts had developed a milky liquid around them. I can only assume they were past their use by date or stored incorrectly.This is extremely problematic because sprouts are known to carry various types of bacteria and need to be properly stored.

The food was over all good, I had the pho brisket with steak and it was pretty good but the brisket was a little tough but the only thing that was weird was that the water tasted really funky kinda like sweat water but the service was good.
We get takeout from Thuy's and it's delicious!!! I usually go for the vermicelli salad with caramelized pork and egg roll and my husband really likes the pho and noodle dishes. The salad is packaged perfectly to assemble at home in my own bowl. Oh, and the fresh spring rolls with tofu and peanut sauce are a MUST, no matter what you get. Always fresh and delicious!!!

I got the beef broth steak pho and a plate of crab wontons, $25!! The pho is the best i’ve had in a long time, it just tastes so homey and filling, and the crab wontons were STUFFED!! very creamy and rich. The atmosphere inside was peaceful and clean, maybe we just came in on a quiet day haha, but it was lovely to eat here. The young man serving us was a delight and was quick to help us with seating and ordering, food came out pretty quick!! I overall recommend visiting Thuy’s and give it a try!Vegetarian options: They have a Vegetable and Tofu Pho w/ vegan broth, i’m sure there’s more options but thats good! :)

Visiting town for a day and was hoping for a decent meal.Food quality was poor - just nothing to do with Vietnamese food (and we tried several dishes). Service was fairly rude. And generally place way over priced. Surprised they were full, but probably more to do with the options available… I came out super disappointed
