So good! I've been trying to go to Vans Burgers for a while, but always missed out. Now that I know how good their burgers are, I'm planning on going as much as possible. You won't be disappointed!

Everything exceeded expectations. The service was friendly and good. Happy folks serving up good food. It's not an extensive menu - especially till spring (April) when they open the sweet shack that has hand dipped corn dogs on the menu that we're looking forward to. At the main burger shack, I got the fair burger no cheese add bacon with an order of onion rings and my husband got the big Pete double burger. I don't know if I've ever had a better burger. They were Both possibly the best burgers we've ever had in a "fast food" setting. Better than at fancier dine in or take out places too. I found out about this little gem of a burger shack on FB when someone asked for the best burger and rings in the area. All the usual suspects who have decent burgers to be sure were recommended in the answers as well as this Van's (of which is never heard) that kept popping up regularly. They aren't open a lot of days or hours and their structures are not impressive (except for the magical quality of the food they put out) and they are a little off the beaten path but sooo good. The burgers were juicy and delicious. Gotta be high quality ingredients there. Attention to details is there for sure. The little bit of crunch on the grilled bun made them perfect and the rings were quite simply heavenly. They have a nice house fry/ring/thousand sauce that went nicely with the crispy crunchy tender onion rings. Thanks for the great meals and friendly made to order service. We look forward to many more excellent meals in the future.

Just happened to stumble upon this place when we were in the Lacey area for a conference. The line was what caught our attention, as any place that could stack up that many cars had to be good! We ordered a couple big Pete's and some Frings and eagerly waited to give them a try. The burgers were awesome and truly messy as any good burger should be! The option to have fries and rings was also a nice touch, and the fries were crisp on the outside, but soft on the inside with just the right amount of seasoning. The verdict: I will definitely be back next time I am in the area!

Honestly I've only been to this burger place once. I would give it the full 5 stars however the reason I'm giving 4 is because the line gets ridiculously long like you have to have the whole day to yourself to really go here in case you sit there for like an hour. That is the only reason I subtracted a star otherwise the food overall deserves 5 stars. Will return again but come hella early before the other early birds come. Will possibly return whenever they plan on opening again.

This is our favorite place to get good burgers and fries. There is always a line, but it's always worth it! The milkshakes are also amazing! Love the food and the staff are all very friendly. I wish this place was open year round.

Great little burger stand with amazing burgers and onion rings! Also have a Snack Shack for shakes and corn dogs. They don't need my review as there is always a long line wrapping around the building during their limited schedule. Managed to make it for the last day of the year that are open. It was a one and a half hour wait but it was worth it. Even got an extra for my better half and she loved it even after heading it up 4 hours later. Speaks to the flavor and quality. Times and days are limited but make it a point to stop in, they post a schedule on Facebook. Happy eating!

I tried a lot of different burger places around the south sound. Most of them are dry or don't have much flavor but Vans burgers remind me of the burgers he would get at the fair, very flavorful and worth the wait in line! I personally recommend the fair burger if you like, sautéed onions on your burgers, very tasty!

I can't believe we came here before they closed for the season! Their burgers were average, just like a typical burger, corn dog was juicy, and the milkshake...let me just say, I still think of that milkshake and can't wait to come back to get another one when I come back to visit. I wish they would be open throughout the whole year though, but if you're in the area Van's Burger is the place to go between Valentines-Halloween.
