I have been ordering pizza here for 8 years. I have been getting pizza by the slice because they never get my order right. I decided to try getting a whole pizza again much to my demise. How can you mess up a basic pepperoni with extra cheese? Well Vics blew it again. We got an 18 inch dried up old rubberized pie with hardly any cheese. Vics is famous for charging you extra for more cheese which they NEVER add ripping you off. Everytime I think they will cook me a good pie I always get burned. When will I ever learn not to order pizza here anymore? I may as well spend $4 a slice for regular dried out rubberized pizza instead of trusting them to make me a half way decent pie anymore.

The vegan pizza I've had from here was pretty pricey but super tasty, just not a very traditional pizza so it won't be everyone's cup of tea. I had the vegan pesto on it which was great, and it had sweet potato and cashews and a bunch of other veggies loaded on it so it's good but not very typical pizza flavors/textures. It's a bummer to have no vegan cheese option cause just because I'm vegan doesn't mean I want to eat a vegetable medley for every meal. Updated from previous review on 2024-03-22

Vic's is not just an Olympia staple, they are an institution! Fantastic pizza with a fun and funky atmosphere along with absolutely delicious pizza. Their gelato and beer selection is also amazing.Vegetarian options: The four cheese Olympia is a fantastic vegetarian option!

It was disturbing to pick up my pizza tonight and see the 4 people working there dancing around, ignoring customers, in an uproar over one employee who had a large raw pizza dough tied around his neck, with the rest of it drooping down his back to his butt as if he was wearing a cape. Yuck. Of course, my pizza was carelessly slopped together, with all the toppings in the middle of the pie --turning it into soup. A bare 3 inches of dough left around the perimeter. If there's no cheese or topping around so much of the widest part, how the heck is that a large pie? Too bad because I live the neighborhood and used to love it, but Vic's just seems to be getting worse and worse. And it's so dirty now!

Soggy pizza.... I've been here 3 times now, and here it is. The pizza is floppy, soggy, undercooked, and bland. They skimp on the toppings, the dough is like soggy cardboard, hardly any sauce, they don't make it to the edges with the cheese, they don't pop dough bubbles, I had a bubble the size of a full slice, and people who go there know how big the slices are. I walked in and stood there for 15 minutes until I finally had to yell to get someone's attention. Dude, this place is garbage. It's some of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Maybe turn up the temp in the oven and add more toppings? Little more sauce? Hire people who care about your establishment? I won't waste another dime here. A bunch of hippi stoners running the place. Overrated, mediocre quality, and un professional staff is my final assessment. I'll go to Papa John's or dominoes next time.

I used to love this places and we were super excited to try the new location on 4th Ave as it's closer to our house. We had some friends visiting and we talked up Vic's all weekend. We got there at 6:30pm and while it was busy it wasn't extreme. We were refused service for a full pie by a girl no older than 18 as they were "backed up until 7pm". We were willing to wait but she refused to take our order and told us we could do individual slices. For a party of 6 that wasn't a reasonable option. If you're too busy to accommodate customers then maybe you shouldn't be in business. I won't be giving this business any more of my money. If anyone is reading this I suggest trying Old School Pizzeria or Wicked Pies. Both places have pizza equally as good if not better than Vic's and they won't turn down your business simple because they don't want to work hard.

My first stop whenever I'm in town. Fav slice is the 3 cheese oly but their more basic cheese and pepperoni are also delicious. If you're up for it try some of the more unique slices, they know what they are doing.

Tasty pizza by the slice when you need a quick bite. Quintessential Olympia, being across the street from a health food store, a cannabis dispensary, a gro-light shop and a brewery/tap house. I forget if there's also a tattoo parlor to complete the vignette?

This was my second visit from a few weeks ago. First, on my first visit, shortly after they opened this new location on Pacific, they were very disorganized. This is no longer the case. If you're ordering a very large, single slice or two from the front, you'll get your food quickly. Pizzas are either 14" or 18". My small /14" cheese pizza was $16.97 without a tip. I brought half of mine home for a second meal. The New York style pizza isn't the very best I've ever had, so more in the 70-80/100. The 14" should be enough for 2 adults and 2 children, while the 18" enough for 4 adults. Unfortunately, with only a single person making fresh hand tossed pizzas, expect to wait about 30 minutes to receive your made to order pizza. There is a small children's play area, else nothing to amuse while one waits. The decor is bright and open, and the staff pleasant.
