I misheard the Karen manager thinking she had my order and she aggressively told me to sit down because it’s not my order. Your job is to pack pancakes, not having a fit because someone didn’t hear you in a loud environment. The subtle racism was a nice touch too. Staying away from Tim’s in puyallup now too. Gross.

This is standard breakfast fare, the food is decent but nothing special. The service is hit or miss, sometimes the service is great while other times it horrible. The biscuits and gravy are highly recommended here. This is the definition of a hometown diner.

With a party on 15 people, that didn't all so up at the same time, I believe our waitress and the staff did a very good job of taking care of us.The food is great Hometown fair. Simple, delicious and oh so filling.

The off-menu chicken dish was worth trying, in my opinion. Before ordering this special entrée, I hope you enjoy steak fries because Tim's Kitchen generously provides plenty of them! The entrée comprises ample steak fries, a dry buttered biscuit, and a chicken thigh and drumstick. I would rate this meal 3/5, primarily due to its value proposition; I still believe that Safeway/Albertsons offers tastier fried chicken. Nonetheless, considering the $12 meal and $4 soda, it's a good deal given the quantity of food you receive. I recommend trying it, but don't expect to be overly impressed.

Chicken and biscut was really good. Service was a little off forgetting items but after asking again got it. The portions on some plates were huge and others small. I did really appreciated how the server split the check asking from the beginning. Reason for 4 not 5 star is server sat us at a ver awkward table of one on each end and two in the middle. The seat at one end was almost in the kitchen/walk area and the other end only a small person could comfortably sit at without bumping into the next table. There were multiple tables of 4 open that we walked by before being seated that we could easily have sat at.

New to the area. Trying new restaurants. Not impressed. Tried the Chicken Fried Steak and my mashed potatoes were not even lukewarm, the biscuit was cold and my steak was greasy.
