I had the loaded baked potato... I wish it was a fresh potato... It was obvious that it was cooked and cooled, possibly from the day before. The pulled pork was good just the potato was off putting

Food quality has gone down hill. Meat wasn't seasoned at all, for the price better off going to Dicky's BBQ. At least the soda was carbonated. Oh yeah the Jalepeno bacon wrapped stuffed poppers which normally is a win just had plain cream cheese in it vs the usually fantastic cream cheese mixture. Overall this location needs to up their game if they want to be the best. I don't think we will be coming back.

As a first timer I didn't quite know what to expect; but all of my expectations were exceeded! I got the Johnny because it was the perfect way to showcase two meats and it definitely did not disappoint. Juicy and flavorful, perfectly smoked. Their sauces are spectacular as well, and a great addition to the sandwich. I will say the sandwich without any sauces would've been perfect too. The Gouda Mac and cheese is creamy, savory, and delicious. Definitely worth getting if you love a great mac and cheese. The pickles are a very nice touch, albeit a bit on the sweeter side which is outside of my personal preference but overall a tasty bit either on the side or on a sandwich.Overall the staff was amazing and the food was delicious. A must try for sure! I look forward to going back

For the Tri-Cities, this is pretty good BBQ. Not Texas good but decent. Cole slaw could use more sauce.Food is good, service is very good but the prices are just a little high, so I personally won't go often but if I have to have BBQ and I'm in the area, I will go again.

I have to agree with john turner. Average food for a way inflated price. Better ribs at applebees. I won't eat at porters bbq anymore either.

We thought the food was nothing short of excellent. The beef brisket was the best I've ever had. Fantastic seasoning, perfectly cooked, juicy, easily the most tender cut. Wow! We had baked beans & pickles- yum... then waddled out. Thank you girls for the wonderful welcome, introduction, and friendly service. With a little sprucing and a waitress vs walk-up cafeteria style, it would have been 5 stars all around. It's obvious there's a lot of love into their prep work & we will be back!!

The best BBQ I've had, except for the buns. They're just some store bought thing served directly from the bag they came in.Everything else though... The brisket had a perfect crust, and just melted in my mouth. The pulled pork was amazing on its own, but was even better with any of their three sauces. The baked beans were amazing, and the Mac and cheese was somehow perfectly al dente despite being held.It definitely wasn't cheap, but good barbecue generally isn't.

So the actual brisket and beans get 5/5 stars. What brings it down to a humble but solid 4 is the bread and the pork ribs. The pork was on the dry side. The bread was just cold and needed to be toasted to be elevated with no effort pretty much.
