Great food, great service and super friendly staff. We came to eat here from out of town while playing a softball tournament. We had a reservation cancel on us and they were willing to take a group of 45 kids and adults at 8 pm even though the close at 9. Their menu is great. I had the cajun chicken sandwich and it was awesome. There are so many more items I want to try. We will be back for sure!!

The tenders are good but a bit over priced; customer service could be better.

Great service, great food, love the wings especially the fried ones, and the fried mac and cheese balls are sooo good. Definitely recommend anyone to come give this place a try they just gained a customer for life!

I’m definitely not a person to ever leave a negative review. However, the Pasco restaurant was great when it first opened up. It was one of my favorite places to eat. Over the past three years the food quality and the service took a downward turn. We only order a few times a year now because very single time our order is wrong if ordering take out. Tonight we ordered for the first time in a while. Our chicken tenders were soggy, (not fried all the way) and not seasoned, we got the wrong amount of wings (5 instead of 6), and my chicken wrap was severely smaller and mostly filled with cheese. Also, our order was cold even though I was on time. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the chef looked at me but never let the waitress know I was there to pick up my food, which was 6 feet in front of me, but I didn’t want to be rude and go behind their counter. I understand people get busy, however they were purposely not helping me. I’m just disappointed in the service we received for spending $60.

This was the worst restaurant I have eaten from. The fries were cold and not even salted, the chicken tenders were super chewy and tasted like nothing, the wings were pitifully small and flavorless, the burger tasted like bread with some mild chicken flavoring on it and the portions were small for the price. We are not picky eaters by any means and we love all types of fast food and have yet to dislike any place we have eaten. Until we tried Chicken Shack. I wish I can say otherwise but I'm not recommending this place to others ever. It's just a awful experience and literally tasteless.

I'm from the south, so fried chicken and wings are a staple in the diet. Best wings I've had in the tri-cities, and all the sides slap. Food has always been hot and crispy, too!

The employee who took our order wanted to be anywhere but at work. Then, she called out our order number and someone else in the restaurant took it. She didn't check the number or anything. Then, we had to go get our order from the person who took it. The employee was gone. Table we sat at was greasy and dirty. The (very expensive) chicken fingers were totally tasteless. A bad experience with poor, bad expensive food. We will definitely NOT be going back.
I stopped ordering takeout at the West Richland restaurant because they never got the order right. Looks like I will stop going to the Pasco one now as well. They forgot the fries, asked for but didn’t receive all drumsticks, veggie sticks were 95% celery sticks with 2 dried carrots, and both the wings and strips have gotten ridiculously smaller over the course of the year…definitely not the $20/meal that they charge. . One order is barely enough to consider a meal now.

Ordered online for take out. They got my order wrong and had missing items as well. Tried to return to the restaurant to fix the issue and they weren’t answering their phone 20 min before closing and had their doors locked.Bad service!!

A friend of mine raved about the food here. I will say that the staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately our food was just ok. There was so much salt on our food that I just could not seem to drink enough water to compensate. I will try again another time, but will not go out of my way to stop here.
