“We were extremely let down by both the service and quality of food at the cafe, and would not recommend Surfhouse to anyone until something changes.<br><br>We started by placing an online order for breakfast since their website promotes doing so. After completing the order my card was charged and I got a text confirmation saying my order would be ready in a half hour. When I went to pick it up, they said the online orders only go to the pub (which doesnt open until 4pm) and that they had no record of my order. They asked what I ordered and I had to wait another 20 minutes for our 2 breakfast items.<br><br>During that time, two other groups of people went up to the counter saying they had been waiting a long time and were still missing parts of their orders. Obviously the 3 high school students working there were understaffed and undertrained - I felt kind of bad for them but it definitely solidified that whoever is running this place is doing a poor job on many fronts.<br><br>The last nail in the coffin for us was the portion size of their $9 breakfast bowl. It was comically tiny. A picture is attached.<br><br>Maybe ownership changed recently? Who knows. But for now dont trust the good overall rating.”
American • $$“If you are active, retired or DOD great place to getaway. They have houses, hotel and camping spots. Although they have done away with a few things over the years like bowling alley and hot tub it's still a great place for a reasonable price that we are able to come to. Service by staff has always been pretty nice. Your 45 minutes from Lake Quinault and 25 minutes from Ocean Shores.”
“We LOVE the Stowaway Wine Bar. Their Figgy flatbread and burrata with pesto are our favorites. We stop here at least once every time we visit Seabrook!”
“Super cute shop with delicious ice cream and really sweet employees. This was a special day for me and it meant a lot to get a little bowl of ice cream for my dog. The white chocolate espresso chocolate chip ice cream that I got for myself was incredible. I also love how you all organized the movie theater candy boxes.”
“Had an amazing lunch here on our recent trip! We were able to sit outside and enjoy the view while getting amazing, friendly service. Everything we tried was flavorful and perfectly satisfied our craving for Latin food. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Seabrook!”
“Loved cinnamon rolls and cruffins. Although they got there when they opened to get the still warm rolls but they were cooled. Still delightful.”
“Wanted to eat in but couldnt as the space is limited. We got a takeout pizza the next day.<br><br>The pizzas are nice with some good toppings. Go for the fennel sausage. Its worth it.<br><br>The place is more suited for takeout pizzas for the guests at Seabrook.”
“We just drove in for a quick visit and lucky for us we were ready for lunch. Were seated quickly, orders taken. The burger was delish, and the fries were uniquely shaped and crispy/soft-perfect texture combination. Chicken salad was fine, and they was plenty of chicken chunks, plus an amazing amount of bacon was hidden throughout. A nice place to step in for a satisfying meal”
“We love stopping in here for a bite to eat when we come to Pacific Beach. The food is good, the service is fast, and the prices are reasonable. But be willing to wait a minute during peak season because it does get busy!! However, it's worth the wait! I've been coming here for, I would guess, 20 years or more, so that's saying something!!<br><br>Parking: Only time parking is an issue is peak season during the popular meal times. Plan your meals and you can miss the parking issues, most of the time IF there is ever an issue.<br><br>Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of spaces right up front, and there is a covered area to drop off your passenger as well and park.”
