However, the restaurant's location right in front of the golf course provided a stunning view. We ordered the Dry-aged Ribeye and the Wedge Salad. The Ribeye was disappointing, as it was unseasoned and tough. The Wedge Salad was nothing special, just average”
“Have been coming to Hoist House for many years. Their menu just keeps changing. Their kitchen is small so I understand their limitations, but they are pushing very expensive steaks and eliminating a good burger because of grill space. They do have a burger on the lunch menu but not at dinner. We have found their cocktails have gotten more and more pricey and less tasty. We now opt for a beer on tap or wine. Also. There is one high top for two in the lounge area by the store under a TV that they always want to seat us at even though there are plenty of other tables available. They should just eliminate this table. Lots of junk around it. Not nice ambience. We will continue to come here as it is a nice convenient stop in the area but just know there are some better options in the area with a more varied menu.”
“Small place, but great beer and a really great vibe. They also have wine and cider for the non-beer fans. My husband and I enjoyed playing cards and checkers while watching some football. Well be back!”
“Cute small town pizza restaurant. The employees are friendly and service is fast. I've never put honey on my pizza crust before, but I poured the honey on our table onto the crust and it was really good.”
Coffee Shops • $$“What a cute place. Bright, airy, clean. But kinda cozy, love the comfy chairs in the nook. Was looking for lunch, after my two usual places were closed, i saw this place serves food. BLT was solid just what i was looking for. Lady at counter was quite nice. I like the cafe counter service instead of full table service. I'd come back.”
“I kid you not the best gyro and taco al pastor in WA. The difference is that the meat is cooked properly on a spit and doesnt come from a Sysco truck like so many gyro places. Give this place a try, you wont be sorry!”
