I went to Starbucks and ordered a regular Americano, but it had milk in it when I got home. I have lactose intolerance, so when I went back to ask for a replacement, she didn't even apologize, just said 'oh, I'll make it' while talking loudly with a coworker. Now I understand why this store has low ratings; I won't be going back.

I got the rudest Starbucks worker ever on a Thursday afternoon here. It was a girl with two different hair colors. I asked nicely if she could add some extra coffee to a drink (all the Starbucks in the world fix your drink nicely and free of charge) and her answer was shocking. She said no, because I ordered "x" type of drink and she offered to add hot water. I wish she was joking but her face had a neutral -upset expression. Then she said I could pay extra for a shot of espresso. Again, this sounds like a joke, to pay for such a small thing. I didn't do it, but I am shocked a Starbucks employee could be so rude. There was another girl working that day but unfortunately she didn't take our order, she seemed way nicer

Truthfully, I will never buy coffee from here again. The stand is always visibly filthy, the staff are not properly trained to make drinks correctly or consistently, and I've had a barista named Rose argue with me and my friends. I've had this barista refuse to use stars in the app, made our drinks wrong, and then argue with us about the drink. The drinks on multiple occasions tasted vile and it shows that the staff simply doesn't know or care to do their job correctly.I also can't understand how their espresso machines are always down when we go or they're always out of cold brew...plus, the wait times are beyond ridiculous.Don't waste your time or your money on this awful coffee stand. There are plenty of others in the area that are cheaper, have real customer service, and know how to make great coffee.

I love Starbucks but these guys working Safeway location never make what we ask for. We Order Quad shot latte and twice they served us cold brew. Really annoying because it always takes soo long for the drinks to be served that when they're not the drinks we wanted we don't even have them remake it because it would take all morning.
