The food was your standard high quality style dish, roasted veggies were cooked perfectly, the potatoes pomme were buttery and smooth, and the steak was cooked exactly how I requested. The service left a lot to be desired, when letting a waitress know we were ready to order food/drinks we were met with what honestly seemed like annoyance/impatience, no real politeness to be had
I stayed for two nights at The Resort at Port Ludlow, and had three meals at The Fireside Restaurant. The first night's dinner was outstanding - I had the chicken, which was moist and delicious, atop the most flavorful poleta I have ever had, along with absolutely fantastic roasted beets. Beautiful venue right on Port Ludlow Bay with gorgeous views over the water and marina. I found the service to be excellent, but would only rate the food as "good". At our 10:30am brunch, we ordered the Corned Beef Hash. The eggs were cooked perfectly but the hash was overcooked and seemed to have been sitting around for a couple of hours. Definitely not cooked to order. I'll go here again and hope that my food is much better.
