Cashier was nice, but whoever made the burger gave us half of a lettuce core (see pics). Neither the bun nor the Texas toast was actually toasted (see pics). And the ranch and gravy weren't very flavorful.But the chicken tenders were made with chicken breast ?It's food. I wouldn't recommend this place if I can avoid it, but it's better than being hungry.

One of the worse DQs I've been to. Clearly a management issue. They're always running out of things from ingredients to to-go containers, and they can't seem to keep their credit card machines running. If you do manage to get your order in without any issues, it's pretty sloppy, which I understand it's fast food but the Flamethrower in the photo below cost $10.38 after tax and I probably should've just gone to McDs in the same lot.Big bummer since DQ is normally my favorite fast food burger variant but this one is rough.

Stood in front of register for 8 minutes and while at least 3 employees looked at us no one came to help out take our order. It was not busy. 1 person went through drive through . We ended up going to Sheri s next door. Great service and dinner.
Didn’t get my order right at all and order a banana split they forgot there banana went Bad yesterday and offered me a strawberry sundae instead and made it sound like it was the same price it’s a $3 differents! It’s going to be a while before going back there rather go to Bremerton on kitsap way than loss more moneyBy the was it wasn’t busy in the drive through or inside if it was I’d understand but no !

Place is great as long as you don't go inside, prices are high but expected in this state, the lobby is shameful the seats are destroyed and you have to sit on ripped or duct tape seats the place was dead over staffed and still no one could wipe a table over all the entire dining room is nasty, just makes me think of it's this bad where we can see how bad is it in the back where cant. Oh and the charge $1.80 to sprinkle cheese on a chili dog. Ie $3.00 for a chilli dog $4.79 with cheese

I used to be a fan of this location, but I think they permanently lost business today. Sent the other half to grab us a quick bite and dessert, after they placed the order (two $7 meal deals, 3 desserts, one being a banana split). When they got to the window, they said they were out of bananas. No big deal at all, we switch it to a cheaper option. Over $3 cheaper. Since he had already paid, they asked if there was anything that could be done to compensate, they blew him off. He wasn't thrilled with the customer service so after he got the food he took off, since we live a little ways away. He got home to realize that they NOT ONLY did not compensate for the money lost, but forgot over half of the other food. Only a (very soggy yet weirdly dry) burger and about 3 chicken strips. No fries. Also, an incorrect dessert. We're all human. Mistakes happen, but when a meal costs almost as much as a tank of gas, it's expected that you get more than a few dollars of it.

Despite being pretty well staffed they seemed overwhelmed. Waited quite awhile for someone to come to the counter to take our order. Was asked thrice to keep waiting, no biggie. But the line behind me was unhappy. I ordered, then I repeated the order and asked for confirmation, but my food still came out wrong. Fountain drinks taste watered down. I've literally never had food from DQ before and never will again.FYI - responding with a corporate link is a way to ignore the public voice yet look like you're concerned. It's your chain.

Got a blizzard with basically nothing in it. Would have stayed home and just eaten regular vanilla ice cream and not wasted my money if that was going to be the case. Disappointed.
