They messed up on my sandwich like 2 times and so I had to leave empty handed and frustrated, and take care of something. Then when I got back I mentioned some sort of discount and even with their discount my sandwich (that's it nothing else besides the sandwich) cost me damn near $14 dollars. So no decent discount or free I believe I should have got it free since the sandwiches that were mistakes were given away for free I should have got mine free especially but either way very frustrating.

I WILL NEVER EAT FOOD FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!! I draw the line when there's hair in my freaking food. AND THE WORST PART... this bite was already in my mouth. I spit that bite out and look closer, naw bro. Long dark hair inside my sub! You can take your chances if you want too, that's on you. But Subway in Port Orchard, WA off of Sedgwick & Sidney... you will never get my business again.

Didn't get the drink I ordered, fine, the website isn't ran by this location, I get that. But the bread was so dry, and tasted so old and stale, I didn't get the extras that I ordered on my sub, and overall taste just isn't there. At least the workers were nice, jk, i heard them talking about me when I started walking out after asking about concerns with my order. These subs are 16 bucks with a meal, and there is barely anything on it. Super disappointed and won't be returning to this location.

I have never seen a 24 hrs subway and never thought I'd see one in this town but LOVE that it is!! Great healthy opinion for middle of the night munchies 1Kid-friendliness: Good healthy options for littles and plenty of room to sit and eat.

Slightly disappointed in the two sandwiches we ordered. The service was great, but it is evident that shrinkflation has hit hard at Subway. We ordered on the app, and we asked for extra veggies on everything and we picked up two very skinny sandwiches. Now, I have no problem paying extra for extra veggies if in excess but it was like our order was not even acknowledged. I don't think it's the amazing staff in there making the sandwiches that caused this issue, but personally coming from the Subway corporation in the past, it's usually been the individual owners of the establishment that tends to put a harsh limit on the output of the products. I have learned my lesson, order in the store, and watch the portions. If you order on the app, it's a Hail Mary on what you may get.

The wait time is huge here, only 2 work during peak time and they are so busy that they pull out the sub from the oven and keep it on the table for the veggies and it takes 4-8 minutes for the other person to fill it up as he is busy at the cash counter. Don't recommend halting at this subway store anytime due to lack of staff, long wait times, food which goes cold due to lack of fastness.

Every single time I order online and pick up from this location my sandwich is not correct. They did not toast my sandwich even though it clearly says it on the receipt in BOLD. Also, did not add cheese on my sandwich. Also,didn't put my chips in the bag. 3 strikes you're out! I feel if you place an order for pick up they need to make sure everything is correct and right with your order. Never coming back and I regret tipping! SERVICE SUCKS!!!
