last night on 01-14-21 at approximately 6:50 pm I went to McDonald's in port Townsend for a coffee. I was asked to park in slot one to wait for my coffee after I sat there for over a half hour and seen multiple other cars get served with coffee drinks I went to ask them what's taking so long .... the answer they forgot. I ended up getting no coffee after paying for said service and no refund offered. honestly it's just 1.09 but still that was the single handed worst service I've ever had. I have noticed that other nights around 6 to 7 pm the staff sound listless and unmotivated when doing there jobs . I am not happy this did make me late for work . I even asked at the order box if they had coffee. if they had said no I wouldn't have been upset but I feel like I was lied to. McDonald's please fix this . thank you.
