Good food and nice folks running it. The Asian fusion food was good and prices were fairly reasonable.

If they start parking in Bremerton for the shipyard lunch they will get cleaned out.

The fried cauliflower is an absolute masterpiece, top favorite all time appetizer. Would love more vegetarian items. Many other delicious items, lumpia and burritos.

We requested Sauced for an event at our school and it was AMAZING. Their food is absolutely delicious. Many were raving about their lumpia, and I ordered the smoked pork tacos with spicy mayo and slaw and WOW absolutely would order again and again. So delicious. THANK YOU SAUCED!

Great change for lunch. The shredded pork in the tacos was perfectly smoked. It was messy but delicious ?

This food truck is a MUST try! We grabbed some kalua pork tacos, lumpia, and pancit when this truck was at Bainbridge Brewing and it was absolutely top notch Filipino food! The Lost Islander Tacos ($14) were hands down the star of the show. Two very large tacos come in an order and the flavors were perfect!

Sauced is a Filipino food truck serving rice plates, egg rolls, fried cauliflower, sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas and more. We got to enjoy this food truck after the Mochi Tsuki Festival in the school across the street. They were set up next to Bainbridge Brewing, dutifully sitting out in the rain while people huddled in the nice warmth of the brewery. I checked out their menu and photos of their food online and immediately was drawn in by how good the food looked. Food truck prices are getting closer now to brick&mortar places but the amount given looked to be worth it.Really glad we tried them out. We ordered the O.G. plate, which comes with chicken adobo, rice, pancit, and an egg roll for around $17. I asked to do half chicken adobo and half pork tocino so I could try more flavors while also sharing with my hubby and the guy kindly obliged. I also ordered a side of Asian slaw. Took about 10 minutes to get the food, which was provided in a compostable box, which I greatly appreciated. While waiting the guy told me they'll be opening a brick & mortar restaurant soon, which will feature more of the menu like the fried chicken sandwich (which looks amazing!)The food was phenomenal. Sometimes, filipino egg rolls are very thin but this one had a super crispy wrapper with a good amount of filling. A bit oily but very tasty, especially with the sweet chili dipping sauce they provided. The amount of meat was so much. The food really filled me and my husband up (well the beer at Bainbridge helped too P: ). The meat were flavored nicely, not too salty, no too fatty or dry. Of the two meats, I liked the pork tocino best. The slaw was really great too. Really added that nice crisp freshness to the plate. I highly recommend adding a side order. It was very good, not drenched in sauce, perfectly seasoned.Really really surprised how good this food truck was. The last filipino food truck I got a rice plate from was forgettable and gave much less food that was not as good as this food truck. Can't wait to hear when they open their restaurant and will make another trip out to Bainbridge! Don't sleep on Sauced!!! Get some!

This is without a doubt the best Mexican food we’ve had outside of Mexico..maybe even the best if it were in Mexico. My husband had pork quesadilla and I had fish tacos with mango salsa. We try something new every time we are in Pousbo, WA. Fast and friendly service and fun conversation!

I can't find anything on the menu I don't like. The Lost Islander? Amazing. Sweet and saucy cauliflower? Addictive. NW burrito? To die for. Lumpia? Can't get enough. Best food truck in kitsap hands down and I always love following them to different brewery's and trying the different beers as well. Highly recommend you check them out.
