Today was my first time participating in triple star day and it did not disappoint!! I called ahead to make sure I qualified on the app (also new to me), and confirm the gift card rules etc. the staff member was very kind over the phone even though I'm sure it was a very busy day. First off I go to various Starbucks quite frequently. The baristas were nice but didn’t bother to have a conversation. Which is okay I understand it being busy ,but I’ve never see my drink made this way. It was super disappointing to be honest. Normally the sweat cream cold foam is super smooth. Not sure what happened but this drink was noticeably pretty bad.
