We have eaten here a few times now. We stop in while traveling through the area. Huge portions. Everyone in our crowd has loved what they've ordered. . .mondo burrito, arroz con Pollo, enchiladas. Their fresh salsa is great. Not too spicy but full of flavor.
Lovely place to eat. Lots of seating. Food is excellent and the service is friendly and attentive. Food was served quickly ( less than 10 min) it was hot and beautifully plated. Will be back for sure.

My family and I ate there tonight and we loved it! We eat everywhere and have tried Mexican restaurants around the valley and we all agreed this place was by far the best! The wait staff were very friendly and never let our glasses go empty. We definitely recommend El Caporal!
