Worst experience today my wife and I decided to come in for lunch around 2 o'clock decided to seat at the bar .the hostess said it's self seat area so we went to sat and waited and waited by this time its 2:20.20 to 25 minutes waited to get service not 1 server stop by bartender saw Us waiting for service not even acknowledge that we where there waiting so just decided to go somewhere else .asked the hostess I though she said her name was Emily on our way out we asked if we could talk to a manager she said let me get her she went looking for a manager and came back saying oh she's to busy at this time she's doing interviews""REALLY DISAPPOINTING ""so who's in charge of the floor at this time ???phone ring and the hostesses answered she said so where are you seated in the bar or in the dinning tables ?Apparently there was a table already seated at the restaurant requesting serviceSo disappointed at this restaurant .No manager availableNo servers availableNo customer service availableSo if the manager on shift don't care about a customer request to speak to a manager ?I thought that always customer its firs for this reason we will not be returning or patronizing this business..
