Got food poisoning from there chicken fries been sick for two days now don’t recommend

This location struggled during Covid and then they got really good for a while, but now the service is slow and inconsistent.Recently, one of the managers (Blue) told me that I could no longer have free water and that I had to request it when ordering so that they could charge me for it. This is the sort of management decision the costs companies a lot more than the cost of a paper cup when customers go across the street to Wendy's which has a $2 Dave's Double right now that's an even better deal than the $3 Whopper that's only available Wednesday with the app.I've been back three times, requested water at the speaker, but haven't actually been charged. But if they do charge me for it, I'll get the paper receipt, fill out the survey, call out the manager by name who came up with this money losing policy. And for filling out that survey, I'll get a free whopper for the price of a paper cup.Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper is the main reason for vegetarians to go to BK.

Last 3 times I went to Burger King bun was cold veggies cold meat was very thin. BK was my go to place but not any longer. Very disappointed! I will no longer waste my money

Got a whopper with cheese meal in the drive thru and was in and out within a couple minutes. Staff was nice, food was hot, and everything was made correctly.

I went through the drive thru the other night and ordered one honey mustard wrap and one whopper junior with cheese and bacon, light mayonnaise, and heavy onion. I also got a medium diet coke with vanilla, because I love their freestyle machine. I was in line for about two or three minutes with a full line of cars in front of me, and when I got to the window the staff was actually very kind and friendly. I got out of there having spent just over $9 and my food was hot, my drink was made correctly, and everything I asked for on my burger was also correct. Very good experience, would absolutely recommend!

I grew up going to this burger king and honestly the experience has only gotten better. I ordered a Crispy Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich with no tomato, no royal sauce, add honey mustard, and everything was perfect. The food was hot, the staff were nice, and I was in and out within 5 minutes.Dietary restrictions: I've got a tomato allergy and they were very accommodating.

By far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The staff said in the drive thru intercom “We’ll get to you whenever”. Waited in the drive thru at the speaker/menu sign for over 30 minutes and no one checked in or anything. We just sat at the speakers waiting for someone to help us. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They didn’t apologize or anything after 30 minutes. In addition, they didn’t wear gloves when touching food even after handling with cash. Absolutely disgusting and a health code violation. Will never be coming back to this location. I do not recommend.

My boyfriend who speaks very little English went in to order food and the supervisor who was in duty at 8pm on December 26th 2023 read the items in his phone which was in English and there were no customers he was even waiting on. He was very rude and extremely unprofessional. He was being racist against him for not being able to speak English well. The guy needs to be fired! And someone needs to teach him how to be in customer service! What if someone who was deaf walked in!? He would have refused to help!? He should be ashamed of himself?

Normally it’s been good. Got the new bacon melt burger again. Please keep that burger on the menu. Went Christmas Eve just after 2pm and the buns were so old and hard. No seasoning on the fries. For some reason some girl was sitting at the window but not taking any order or doing anything. Just sat there and glared at customers through the window as they waited for their food. Not sure if she was even an employee?

I would like to say that there's service here really stinks I'm in customer service 24 seven and I don't treat customers the way they do. Her name is FRANASCA pastor and she was extremely rude and she was the manager there and all we were asking for was a little bit of politeness, and she was very rude screaming at us from the drive-through and I don't appreciate this kind of business, so I will never ever eat here again.... And I will be getting a hold of corporate because if they are hiring people like this, they're making this world wrong
