Lady in DT was rude - granted she is young and she was doing EVERYTHING on her own. The wait is a huge pain. Also, almost everything we asked for they were apparently out of. They don't serve mozzarella sticks anymore, either. Go somewhere else lol

I used to eat here. Today will be my last time eating here. The manager was very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience when I asked for anything and even when placing my order. Also, when you cut 1 strip of bacon in half it doesn't become 2 strips and therfore doesn't become double bacon.

Don’t come to this location unless you have no other options as far as fast food goes… unless of course, you like bad customer service from teenagers who couldn’t care less about your food/experience. I’ve never left a google review for ANYTHING… but after this location, my local BK, messed up my order for the 20th time (not exaggerating), I figured I had to say something. Whether it’s charging you for sauces and not putting them in your bag, not making alterations to the food like you asked for, or giving you someone else’s completely different order.. they WILL mess something up on your order. And in the miracle event that you get good service AND the 100% correct order, they’ll take 20 minutes to get it to you even though you’re the only car in the drive thru. Restaurants are expected to make the occasional mistake, but this BK makes routine mistakes and gives you the occasional correct order. Seriously, if fast food is the only option, just drive to the McDonald’s or Wendy’s two minutes further down the road.

If you’re gonna charge me for my sauces, you should remember to put it in the bag. The wait for the drive thru was 10 minutes for a singular sandwich and fries. No line. Just the staff being stupid. Another thing. Personal Hygiene. Your drive thru dude smelled like booty cheeks.

Everytime I give BK another chance they blow it. From when I ordered to the time I payed it was 18 minutes. I was at the window for 10 before I was even acknowledged. I handed the employee a coupon I wanted to use. I checked the receipt after I received my food and the discount from the coupon wasn't applied. I checked my food and it was incorrect. So I went in to get my order fixed and I standing at the counter for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. No wonder why they're going bankrupt. No on was friendly and customer service was horrible.
