Star Spangled Virtual

Came in on a Sunday and was greeted and treated really good. Came back for the AYCE spaghetti on Monday and was met with a person by the name of Ellie. She was extremely rude and condescending when I mentioned I wanted the AYCE spaghetti. She said .."huh, what?" I repeated what I wanted and she says, "I'm telling you now that it only comes with meat sauce spaghetti." I was thrown off by the treatment that was polar opposite of my experience the day prior. I mentioned to her that on yesterday, I didn't have those stipulations, that I had a choice of vegetarian, pesto, meat sauce or cream sauce (because everyone doesn't eat meat) She then calls someone and comes back to the table with the same hostile demeanor. She then says, "I will do it for you this time, we don't do that, and next time it will only be meat sauce and you can't switch it up." I wasn't going to go back and forth with a person who clearly wasn't hearing me. So, I made the decision to leave. I don't trust her with my food after having experienced such rude service. I asked for the manager and she then says, "What? ...Manager?. We don't have a Manager, we have an owner." I asked for the owner's name and she replied: "I'm not giving you that."Wow! To have experienced this makes me a bit sad because I drove from Tacoma to eat here, and was treated so unfairly. ? Zero stars!

$13+ dollars for a salad… this is what I get? I could buy this 4 times over… and then to be told “that’s what you ordered”…Not getting my service or recommendations.

WOW! I think I found my new favorite place! I ordered the butternut squash on door dash the other night. Wanted to try this place out for the first time. And now I think I am addicted. I can't wait to order it again! And try out other dishes. 10/10 would highly recommend. It was a dish of heaven. I will have dreams of dancing ravioli. :)

Ordered a cheese Pizza over the phone With Garlic bread and a Salad, Said it would be 25 minutes, Got there in 30 minutes and then sat and waited another 25 minutes. Besides taking the payment nobody said anything or even a sorry for taking twice as long as said, The staff was so inattentive a few customers came in to dine in and they thought it was closed. Finally got my food got home and it was not what I said over the phone so I called and said I think I got the wrong pizza I said I wanted the cheese pizza and she said yeah that’s the 3 cheese that comes with olives/Chicken and then just stayed quiet. I spent $46 on a dinner my kids would not touch.Save your time and go to Pizza Time in puyallup they actually pay attention to your order.

It was really slow service. The food was odd, I ordered a chicken pasta and it was drenched in sauce you couldn't even tell there was a chicken breast in it. Spaghetti sauce was very acidic with little flavor. Not to mention served on a tiny plate. Pizza was alright but not worth the price.

Was here back in 2014 and was in the area so mom and I decided to stop in as she had never been there. The place was empty, this was at 4pm, and our server was KGO, is all the receipt says. I had the large spaghetti with meatballs at $17 and mom had the small Butternut squash past. Mom loved hers, like really loved it. Hers was $14.00 I, however, was not impressed with the spaghetti and meatballs. I remember it being good back in 2014, but I have been getting my spaghetti and meatballs fix at Vince's Italian in Federal Way, WA. Casa Mia does not even measure up anywhere as good as Vince's Italian as far as the spaghetti and meatballs go. It was bland and it definitely did not taste home made. The meatballs tasted weird to me as well. It was disappointing. The dinner salad was $3.50 and it had tons of mozzarella cheese, like too much, and black olives and that was about it. The Blue Cheese dressing was alright though. I have not had anything else at this restaurant, so I cannot comment. I will say if you are in Puyallup area you can do better for Italian by paying a bit more at Mama Sortini's. Or for a really good dinner side salad and pizza, head over to Sumner and visit Aversano's Italian. They are way better than Casa Mia. Sorry Casa Mia, I was not impressed.

Service was okay but the food was terrible. The spaghetti and meatballs were on the level of canned chef boy ravioli. They did comp the dish, which was fair.

Not good food. Meatballs were hard, more like the consistency and greasiness of sausage. I had both Alfredo and spaghetti and the sauces had no flavor. The "garlic bread" is basically just toasted french bread with cheese melted on top. Don't waste your money

Have never left without taking more than a bite. My mother and I couldn't eat the food. Period.

Ordered spaghetti & meatballs and chicken parm with Alfredo. It was NASTY!The meatballs looked like boiled meat and sitting in puddle of pasta water. The Alfredo tasted lime roux and nutmeg.I ate 1 meatball and left the dinner behind.Garlic bread was those frozen bread knots you ca buy at grocery store.
