Food is excellent, a bit pricey for the serving sizes but DEFINITELY worth it ???The staff is amazing and friendly. Only once did we have to ask for anything. I highly recommend the Beef Stroganoff and Beef Bukgogi, so delicious ?

I have eaten at Charlie’s many times in my life. Today I was so disappointed. My waitress was good we were the second table to fill at 4:30. We got our appetizer right away but our chicken fried steak took 45 mins. Regulars came in. They got their food right away. We had to say something then we only had to wait 10 more me me. Not sure where the disconnect is but sounds like there is a problem somewhere. Sure won’t be a regular. Can’t wait that long for food.

One of my favorite chill spots to get a beer in downtown Puyallup. This is a great place to start off your night if you are bar hopping. Friendly bartenders and a clean facility!

Our first time visiting and we are glad we went! A good hometown feel. The kids had the pancake kids meal which came with a drink and they chose hot chocolate. A mug full with a huge whipped cream top. Cute pancake with a side of meat. Don’t let the photos fool you! The kids pancake was plenty for my 11 yr old and the adult versions are, no lie, bigger than your head! We had great service from Ashley who always checked on us and made sure the kids were happy along with Betty who even gave the kids balloons once they were finished. I recommend a visit to this place.

We have been to Charlie’s a handful of times and they seriously have the the best halibut and chips I’ve ever had in my entire life. Everything we’ve had here is amazing- but the fish and chips is REALLY GREAT…. The ONLY thing I’d change is the tarter… But I’ve thought about bringing my own bc it’s kind of miracle whip-y or something… not a huge fan but I’ll bring my own to be able to have the F&C… Service is always great, quick and friendly. Michelle was our most recent server and she was really great! Def want to try the prime rib she recommended as well as the house made CFS! Don’t sleep on Charlie’s… It’s BOMB.

Absolutely terrible. We had a group of 7 tonight and it was all crap.You know it’s bad when the waitress says we can redo the hash browns.Those who had the omelets, the omelets were ok but the hash browns were a crispy pile of crap.Two on our party had the prime rib dip. Both sandwiches had to be 50% or more of just white fat. They were disgusting.I had the chicken taco salad and it was the worst I ever eaten. The shredded chicken was few and far between but at least it was dry and tuff; and then it went down from there.This is the third time our group has been there after seeing plays at the Library theater. The first time the owner and his wife were there and it was great. The second time it was just off but this time was crap.Totally feel bad for the waitresses. It took almost an hour for our food and then you know it’s bad when the waitress will not come back to ask how the food was.She heard us talking about how bad it was and how we are going somewhere else for the next show in May. Just don’t go there!!
