First of all, Horrible customer service!! The little nerd making our burritos kept correcting us on what the ingredients was called. He wouldn’t let us put our ingredients on the way we wanted them, we had to do it in his order. Had a huge attitude. They were out of everything and still skimped on all ingredients. Said they were out of guacamole but when I look over to my right there is containers full of it. I asked “can we please have one of those?” His reply was “yea if you order online you can have one.” Online you can’t even order chips on guacamole by itself you have to purchase a whole other burrito or bowl. I strongly recommend no one go to this location. If I could give zero stars I would. The worst experience I’ve ever had at chipotle in my life. That entire staff needs customer service training.

It’s Chipotle, you know what you’re getting. This location was well maintained and the food quality was better than other locations. I love the variety of ways to eat the same ingredients lined out so that everything is customized to your preference. Rice, beans, meats, “fajita” veggies, salsas, cheese, sour cream, and the best fast food guacamole can’t beat that for a grab and go that’s surprisingly affordable. Ok for vegans, great for vegetarians and has kid’s meal options.Vegetarian options: Skip the meat or add their plant based option, everything else is vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Easy to adapt to gluten free, vegetarian, limited vegan but there is a vegan protein option, can be some dairy freeKid-friendliness: Has a kids menu, not entertaining but they can sit and eat. Great take out option.

When I want a quick pick up order and am wanting fresh ingredients I order from here. Website is easy to navigate, easy to place your order and within minutes order is ready for pick up. Prices are also fantastic, especially for the amount of food you get. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re strictly KETO or want to load up on it all, they have you covered.

This location seems to struggle with online orders. Set a pick up time and still end up waiting at the store for 30 plus minutes. Also, not awesome when the staff go from touching food with gloves on to touching the register with the same gloves…then back to the food without ever washing hands or changing gloves.

We had a carnitas bowl and a steak bowl and both were very delicious. The employees were fast and friendly and the line moved quickly. The only minor downside was that we had trouble finding an open table to sit at that was clean. Other than that, overall we really enjoyed our visit.
