Food was good but customer service was ridiculous. The workers always try to short you on food as if it were to come out of their own pockets. I do not recommend going through drive thru or ordering online they will give you even less food than in person.

Came in to get a later dinner at 9:45 on 03/27 and everything was shut down. they had no pico, pinto beans, or enough rice because they were trying to get out early or something. barely any meat left & the girl was taking selfies behind the counter lol. I thought chipotle closed at 11? to come an hour and 15 minute before close and not be able to get a good fresh bowl with everything i want in it is kinda crazy, i don’t even go places late because i get it but shutting everything down before an hour before close is kinda crazy. They also had no silverware out, i can’t imagine if i came in trying to dine in lol

Food was what you would expect at a Chipotle - pretty good. I'm not a fan of cilantro, so it would be great for me if they had a rice version without it. However, the view of the mountain was pretty amazing and priceless from this location (if you're there on a clear day).

Went here yesterday at 2 pm for take out, then hours later, got violently ill with food poisoning. I felt sick within a few hours, then after 1 am, felt extremely sick with stomach cramps, vomiting everything I ate that day, and a fever. The only other thing I had was a vegetarian lasagna I made for dinner, and I am a very clean person whose partner did not get sick. What a waste of money; I should have listened to those who said not to eat here. My bowl was also vegetarian. Please correct whatever is making people sick!

This was our first time to this Chipotle and probably our last. We had 4 individuals with food, and at least one thing was wrong in everyone's meal. The rice was not cooked properly, so there were a lot of rock-hard grains of rice throughout. Unfortunately, that was not the only thing crunchy, but the original chicken had a bunch of hard parts in it as well. The chicken was overcooked and more like jerky, but I swear it's normally kind of juicy. We ate in the restaurant, and one of the burritos was extra soggy. The juices were not drained enough out of something that went into it.

I ordered two quesadillas. There's only one "quesadilla" on the menu. Employees insisted on charging me 21 dollars for 2 quesadillas. Employee there said I ordered the 10 dollar quesadillas because I didn't say "Kids quesadilla" first, even though it's the only quesadilla on the menu. Multiple employees came to argue with me, very hostile attitude for what is, in my opinion, their fault in having a secret twice as expensive quesadilla they assumed I ordered. They did eventually refund me - but it wasn't easy to convince them.

I was very displeased. I placed an online order on Sunday. The instructions say to go inside and grab your order on the shelf. I go inside with 2 people in line. My order isn't on the shelf. So I wait. Nobody asks if I need help they just look at me. 2 more people walk in. Then I wonder if they robotically just help the people in line. Seemingly enough, if you place an online order and have paid, you shouldn't have to wait in line to pick up your order. Anyhow, by this point, nearly all the customers in line have been helped. Finally, someone else on the drive-through side indirectly asks. 'Whats the name on the order', no greeting, no nothing. ..(oh, so you did see me waiting for an online order and chose to ignore me) once I give them the name I see the person grab my order that has been sitting in drive through on the table. I mean, follow the instructions so when the customer does, there is no confusion right?..no! Never happens.The kid gives me my order and doesn't check to make sure I have everything....like my drink!! So I get half way home and have to turn around. Get back there and the workers act like they are unaware of the order or that there even was a drink. I swear people in fast food work Like thoughtless robots.After several minutes of showing my receipt and the lady looking at it confused. She asks what size ...when it clearly says LRG I understand that as LARGE. So i grab my drink and head to the car. Only to get part way home and take a sip and it's disgusting and watered down. Tasted like they forgot to add juice or they put way too much water. My daughter described it as watered down cough medicine. Lastly the food gave me a stomach ache and bad indigestion for over a day. I definitely will not be going back here. That's at least 10 fast food/restaurant establishments that I refuse to support because they're quality, customer service and routine procedures have gone down the toilet. Nobody cares to do a good job and the management doesn't seem to implement training them to care. it's another broken business

My husband ordered 3 burrito bowls today. 1 chicken and two half of steak and chicken. We were so hungry and excited to eat! We took our first bite and it was like they dumped a bucket of salt into the chicken.. couldn’t take another bite so I called to ask if we can replace them with diff meat. She seemed confused at first but agreed to replace it with no hesitation. I got two bowls replaced with steak, one with fajita veggies. Came home to take another nice bite to find out the fajita veggies was dumped with salt too. What a bummer! Now I lost my appetite. Whoever the cook was today was not good with salt seasoning!
