Service is not consistent. Many times the ice-cream is not mixed properly with other ingredients - we pay premium(as compared to other ice-cream shops) for the churned & mixed ice-cream here but that main thing is not provided consistently

I tried an icecream shake here and it tasted so good. The atmosphere was friendly and I was greeted immediately when I walked in. It costs 6.99 for a Like It size and $7.99 for a Love It size.

A big shout out to Destiny who was quick, nice and professional. The girl needs help, though, for the amount of people that were in there when I visited. The ice cream at Coldstone's Creamery is ALWAYS wonderful! Thanks.....

Got there at just 8pm after family dinner to get dessert and were told they were closed. Sign on the door said open until 9pm. I could understand if we got there at 8:57 but we arrived at 8:07pm…. No explanation was given just that they were closed. Highly disappointing.

Good ice cream!!! Mine was free because they had one they made a mistake on. It was good.The whole family liked it.The staff is friendly and helpful. The store was pretty clean.

Walk in with my kids,9:01pm kid working here stops us says they are closed. Says open til10pm on line. He says thats only weekend... its Friday... so only Saturday open til 10? Sunday says closes at 9.

She asked about my day, greeted me with a big smile, and even threw the ice cream up and caught it! To start off, I normally am not a huge fan of ice cream establishments. But the day was hot and I was feeling like having a nice cool treat to relax and enjoy the rest of the evening. I ordered the birthday cake remix and it was made to order within only a minute or so. The worker named Morgan was who served me and she did so with a kind smile on her face. She made good conversation while serving, and threw the ice cream and caught it in the cup. I was very impressed with her skills I left a 5 dollar tip. The ice cream was great and was the perfect treat to enjoy the day. Ice cream was 5 stars and service was 5 stars.
