I mean it’s a cookie place. They sell cookies, I like cookies. I usually order in the app to pick up so I don’t interact much with the employees but I’ve never experienced rudeness from any location. I love the raspberry cheesecake cookie and some of the Fall/Christmas flavors the most. Crumbl is good. It’s pricey but you can literally cut one cookie into 2-4 normal cookies so it’s worth it. Like going for Cold Stone but cookies.
We tried 3 new flavors and i still don't get the appeal. We even paid a dollar more to get a specialty cookie. It's really overpriced in my opinion, but there are other who swear by it.

Let's see.... describing my experience here? I usually include something. The first thing that comes to mind is.....Willy Wonka meets the Keebler elves! It is a brightly lit super clean fun environment with lots of good energy ,& smells . Lots of baking going on is a little elf den. There are the young men and women in the back scurry about like elves on a mission making cookies, baking cookies, decorating cookies.... It's the last part I really like to watch.Decorating. Serious Business... A cookie for Granny's 99th birthday or a cookie to brighten a sad friends day or a cookie just for santa? The staff has embraced the mission & it's importance. I can see them sticking their tongue out like it helps guide their pen... while welding a bag full of frosting like a brush, these little aspiring cookie Michael Angelo's fingers create tiny delicious master peices. Trust me and take a bite of their cookie and experience this BLAST of yummy Disneyland cookie as it explodes loads of goodness in your mouth.I'll be going back. You should too.Good jobs guys... A shout out to the team there. Cheers
