I got a large orange Julius and it was delicious. They did take quite a while to finish each order though which is probably the main thing they could improve on.

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, even though they were swarmed with a multitude of customers. One of the ladies complimented my outfit, which I thought was excellent customer service, and a young man made the most delectable blizzard I have ever put in my mouth. If I could give this store 10 stars, I would without hesitation.

We took our kids around closing time to order a late dinner for them after a busy day. When I got in line there were 2 girls in front of me. The two ladies left and the girl servicing the counter turned around and went through the door heading to the back. As I was still waiting at the counter she shut off all of the lights. It was really rude and disrespectful to turn off the lights and not simply say it was closed. I went and sat at a table across from the restaurant in the food court to wait for my husband. As we sat there she came out looked right at me and started her closing process. She kept looking over so I assume she knew exactly what she had done. Please teach your employees to have the decency to at least let customers know they’re closed instead of ignoring them and shutting off the lights. Perhaps you need a sign at the counter if they close early. Google mentioned they are open until 8:30pm and that is not correct. She shut off her lights around 8:00pm. The other restaurants in the food court were still open.
