Ordered 16 count wings and drove to pick them up and when I got home only had 12 in the box. They couldn’t help me unless I drove all the way back for just 4 wings.

what it is with this store, but every time I order curbside pick up, they mark that they are delivering it to the car so they don’t give you the free pizza due to the two minute mark but then never actually come out and you have to go in and get it. I really am annoyed that they would offer something like this and it continuously happened multiple times. Would rather have you stop offering the two minute wait free pizza, then lie and make everybody mad stop false advertising.

Every single time I have ordered the pasta, it doesn't even get filled halfway. Ive called multiple times to ask to have it remade to at least fill it up a little and still the same outcome. Never order the pasta from here. The portion they give you is ridiculous.

Place an online order on our way back from Summit at Snoqualmie at about 20 minutes out. Used a coupon for 6.99 medium pizzas and stuffed cheese bread. Customized those medium pizzas with pan crust which was an added cost.We were able to track our order’s progress online. As soon as we parked, our order was done and I tapped on the walking in button!We were greeted warmly by the staff and handed our order!As for the pizzas and cheese bread, delicious!

As a director of operations with 160 plus employees at 6 different locations each. Tonight I was.remonded how an employee can make or break a customer. Christian our delivery driver. Came to our front door as energetic as could be supper friendly and very curtious. What topped it off he was wearing a amazing Santa hat and just full of Holiday Cheer. Usually I'm the first to complain about customer service so as a employer and operator I look at them as a opertunity to improve and feedback.. so here is my feedback... the pizza was less than good. It was doughy and it's supposed to be crispy thin. The cheese was not even completely melted on the top and parts were under cooked for sure..... but instead of picking up the phone to complain... I am going to remember the holiday cheer Christan brought to our door and just let it be.

Got served pizza made with old dough, called 5 minutes after pick up and was told it was too bad, that if I don't check the pizza as a customer if it's bad I am out of luck. Chloe the manager refused to get on the phone or even make the order right...my fault I got served old dough....

This is our go-to for last minute dinner on a crazy day, a party, and when the craving strikes. This store in particular is consistently fast, clean, and well-made pizza & pasta. Tonight they made our night by throwing in a freebie. Thank you!
We got a pizza brought it home had a piece it was horrible. Way over done and the hamburger was tough . Called the store to explain. Manager stated once you leave nothing they can do. Rude and unprofessional. Never heard of a establishment not even saying they were sorry or anything they can do to make it better. I will Never be returning to this location again nor will I refer any of my friends or colleagues. Very disappointing Dominos in South Hill Puyallup.

No point in pre ordering. If they get busy your order will get bumped. Our order delivered 30 minutes late. Kids didn’t start eating till 6:40. Super lame. Management was no help. Only reason why it’s 2 stars is food was warm still.

I ordered a pizza through their app. They delivered the wrong pizza and then told me if I didn't drive the wrong pizza back to them, they wouldn't replace it with the correct pizza. They denied me asking for a refund, which is their policy. After arguing with them they finally said they would deliver the correct pizza only "If I return the wrong pizza to them". NEVER order a pizza from this place. Literally made me not want to order dominos ever again.
