Sign says they close at 12:00 AM, whoever was on night shift closed at 10:30 PM we were exhausted from moving and this was the closest pizza parlor, we were disappointed with her attitude and saying they were closed but sign says open along with business hours.

Man these guys are always hustling and are pretty on point. I always get chicken and Alfredo for my mix and match in square cut. If you’re daring, try Alfredo and sausage or for the crazies like myself, pepperoni and Alfredo.

I ordered pasta and they gave me the smallest portion of pasta that it didn’t even cover the entire bottom of the bowl very disappointed in dominos do not order from them.

I completed an online carside delivery order. I waited 10 minutes after it said my pizza was ready. I tried to call but the call menu was taking forever, so I went in instead to ask about the pizza. They informed me that their carside wasn't working, they then gave me the pizza. There was no offer for any compensation. Also, on the receipt attached to the pizza, it had my car information and clearly showed it was for a carside pickup. There was also no sign posted on their door that their carside wasn't working. Very frustrating.
The only thing good about my pizza order was the delivery driver. The store itself screwed up my order so bad that I ended up calling the store and speaking to a very rude and not professional individual. They obviously messed up my order and changed it on their end to make it look like I ordered two sausage and mushroom medium pizza's. I will never order here again. Also, everything was burnt to a crisp and I also noticed that my free pizza was not free they charged me full price and removed the free pizza voucher. Do not order from this store. In fact, try other pizza places as this store does not care about customers.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza for delivery and the the driver knocks on time and sits the pizza on the ground. Not even 30 seconds had passed between me leaving the couch and getting to the door.Driver was already in the car ready to leave. Didn't even stick around to make sure we got it. Awful awful customer service.

If i could give a zero I would! Customer service here sucks! It was been several times that they have marked the order as delivered way before it was actually delivered. Im not sure if they get timed by corporate like most fast food restaurants do on drive through but that is bad practice. I called and a person claimed to be the manager named Melissa answered and said that he should be delivering my order within a couple of minutes but i kept waiting and nothing. I called back and the same person answered, I told her that I wanted my refund as my order has not been delivered and she hung up. I called back once again and asked for the manager and thats when she claimed to be it. She claim to have not heard anything when i called but yet she hung up so damn quick. When I asked her for the number for corporate she gave me a fax number. Before I hung up as asked her to confirm her name and her manager position but thats when she claimed to not be the manager anymore and gave me another name that she asked someone as if she didn’t know her managers name. Worst experience here. Never order from this place. Dominos should clean house at this store because that it horrible reputation for such a big company.

We got a pizza brought it home had a piece it was horrible. Way over done and the hamburger was tough . Called the store to explain. Manager stated once you leave nothing they can do. Rude and unprofessional. Never heard of a establishment not even saying they were sorry or anything they can do to make it better. I will Never be returning to this location again nor will I refer any of my friends or colleagues. Very disappointing Dominos in South Hill Puyallup.
