It is getting very expensive to go out for even fast food. I consider very expensive for 2 people. The burger I got was a little off in it's flavor and after flavor. I like your restaurant but I am sad to say that I do not think your restaurant is in my budget. When I got coupons that I could use it was better but I never get coupons any more.

I'm asking in all honesty, for SOMEONE to recorgnize (I found our her last name) JOSEPHENA HERNANDEZ.I've sat in the drive thru time after time, only to watch THIS woman get "piddled on" and "piddled on" by the CUSTOMERS she tries so desperaty hard to serve!!! Yet by the time that 'I' pull up, she'll be calm and polite & helpfull...ALL OVER AGAIN???!!!And I'm quite sure that this continual verbal abuse does NOT place her in a favorable light at her own place of employment.So: can ANYONE just recorgnize this hardworking woman for WHO SHE really is???...Or is management just going to "piddle on" her too???...Wouldn't it be NICE if the OWNER could hand-carry Josephina Hernandez a FREE lat'te???!!!Josephine, don't let us (we customers) discourage you. I went by Friday evening to pick up something for my son. The guy working the drive-thru was over the top rude. I don’t know if something happened earlier that he hadn’t been able to shake off or what but he was rude to me when I was ordering, when I pulled to the window, and he was rude to the person ordering behind me. Slamming the drink hard on the counter like a child throwing a temper tantrum.

So I am rating this Jack in the box because I ordered online, and their grill was down. I gave them a bad review. The manager later reached out and called and tried her best to rectify the situation. But I had already submitted my complaint... and also my refund through the app which I had ordered through.I feel bad. As the problem was not her fault or theirs. I was initially upset at how I was brushed off and told I had to handle the cancelation myself.I understand the employees were overwhelmed and did not know what to do, and they probably had many people upset with them.I apologize for being part of the problem. She did all she could and walked me through how to get my refund and was extremely apologetic as even she was filling in. She did a great job.Thank you for doing all you could.

Jack-in-the-Box is mediocre in general. But inside of this place is 100% nasty. You walk in it instantly smelt like death. The bathroom smells three times worse. Luckily you can’t smell the inside from the drive-through but walking inside what my horse mistake. There is no way someone could eat there.
