H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. I almost begged them to make it fresh, saying that all I want for when I pay $49.00 at a fast-food restaurant is that they make my food fresh. I moved all the way to Puyallup from Spanaway in the hopes of getting better service, but I guess I didn't go far enough. I'll be sure to go the extra mile to receive better service and higher-quality food if I ever order fast food again.

Pulled in at 2:00 a.m. got food at 2:40 with four cars in front of us. Didn't have one of the orders at all and the other one is all screwed up. Paid for a five-piece and got a three-piece chicken strip. Ordered curly fries and got undone regular fries. The worst experience I've ever had anywhere in my life. And I'm 49 years old so I've had a lot of experiences.

I made an online order and they took my money but when I got there a guy told me it was just him and I would have to get my money refunded by the website. Well days later and I still don't have my food or moneyI find it funny you replied to that so fast but don't even got a number listed and have not gotten back to my refund request. I might give you another chance if I get my money back if not I won't ever spend my money at jack in the box again

I had missing items in my order, I had wrong orders with the drinks and the fries looked like leftovers and they were cold nothing looked fresh.

Went inside and floors were sticky tables dirty no napkins in dispensers too forever to get 2 tacos and a coffee didn't even want to sit down I hope they at least wash thier hands, won't be visiting that store ever
I ordered a munchie box thru the app to p/U in the drive-thru. It was 12:50 AM. Got to the window employee handed me the wrong order. Which was realized when I asked for my small drink. He took it back. Told me he did not have my order on his computer and there was nothing he could do. I showed him my confirmation email as proof. He said there was nothing he would or could do. I said I paid for the money order and have the proof. He was rude the entire time. I asked for 7 ranch. I use it on everything. He put 3 in my box. Had to ask again for the rest. Just a bad bad experience. Pictures speak for how the food was made and given to me. Cold not done fries and burnt onion rings. And a burger drowning in sauce. Not even the right sized burger.

Sad place . I never write because this Jack has always been terrible . Horrible service and nobody is ever nice . Had to write in over the fact that there were two cars in line and when it came time to order was told they couldn't take any more orders . Ridiculous. ! Something wrong here every time . I guess that's why the regionals phone number is blasted on the window .
