The white gummy bear smoothie is delicious. Usually, their feature drinks ? are good too. This place used to be my go-to place for additional nutrients packed into a bottle when things were difficult to eat.Unfortunately, the last 6 visits that I’ve gone there, the multivitamin and the energy add-ins were not available. It seemed like everything that I wanted and usually would order was not available.As for my points, I haven’t had access to my loyalty rewards for over three years. There is no way to backlog them either.

Got smoothies delivered through Uber eats. Girl made me the wrong drink. I couldn’t get a refund as it was through Uber eats. So I went in person to get the correct drink. She made it right by making the correct drink this time, but she gave me a rude attitude. I wasted money through Uber eats and still had to drive here to deal with a rude worker. If you messed up just apologize and admit it instead of giving me an attitude.

My friend and I visited this Jamba yesterday 6/21/23 around 7 pm and we all ordered smoothies. Two of us ordered a sherbet based smoothie and the other the plant based one. We also got sandwiches and received them still frozen, asked them to reheat it again and it was still frozen. My smoothie had a piece of plastic in it and didn’t notice till I had already drank half of it. And then this morning, me and my friend who also got a sherbet smoothie have been throwing up all day, and got food poisoning from their drinks. The sherbet must’ve spoiled and made us both very sick. Absolutely ridiculous, and to spent around $15 for horrible food. Will never go to this Jamba again

My smoothie had some bug or black plastic in it. And my sandwich was warmed up twice and was still cold in the center. Completely unappetizing and spent $14 on a small breakfast sandwich and smoothie.

It started unusually that no employee greeted any incoming customer or acknowledged them. They would make eye contact and then walk past them without a “we’ll be right with you” or anything. It should not take 28 minutes to order and receive 1 smoothie. The gentleman behind me ended up leaving because he couldn’t wait. Do yourself a favor and visit another location.
