Worst location I’ve been to. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered on the app and the foods never ready when it says. Always have to wait an additional 30 min once I arrive. The lady there turned down customers because “ they are behind a lot” definitely recommend the other meridian location

Oh man. We waited a looong time to get our order in. And then, the cashier wanted to wrap my sandwich with his gloves on, who just touched money. I had to request him to put new gloves on. So bad.

Hungry and was in the area so of course had to stop in for a Sandwich. They were pretty busy but lines move really fast. Sandwich was Amazing as usual and restaurant was clean which is a huge plus.

It was very busy, but the young woman with the ginger hair in a braid tonight was fantastic. She moved fast without missing a beat. She remembered orders even though there were a lot of sandwiches waiting to be dressed. She maintained a calm professional attitude and seemed comfortable when addressing customers. I felt that the rest of the front crew were not functioning at her pace, but I also realize there were TONS of orders. As I was looking to see who was the manager, I found out it was her!She was awesome!

Stopped in for a #13 (Italian) done up in a wrap. Staff was very pleasant and very efficient in making it up. Great service, and the wrap was very yummy!

I think the guy who made my sandwich was high. The girl working tonight was fine, but the guy who made my sandwich and the white guy in the hat need to learn how to act when customers are around. The guy who made my tuna sandwich did an awful job and then told me that I should have told him to put it in the oven. I didn't even know they had one. The white dude was just fooling around, and while everything was going on, the phone was ringing off the hook. I come here a lot and have never had an issue with the girl that works there she's very nice, but these guys were not very professional.
