Last two times I tried this place they were out of chicken. I had to ask if I was actually at KFC as I thought the “C” used to stand for chicken. Nope, not a covid related shortage, they just decided they wouldn’t need to cook any chicken at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. Whoever owns this place needs to re-examine their life choices as having chicken available at KFC appears to be too hard for them to accomplish.

Literally ordered a chicken breast and french fries had my order canceled twice and then nobody would answer the phone will never be ordering from here again and let everybody I know not to do the same

Gotta love those bowls of potatoes, corn, chicken and gravy. Heavy food that fills your stomach on budget friendly menu.

Everytime we come you mess up our order. Everytime!! I'm over the oh sorry I forgot! I am also over the fact that you constantly run out of food, have us pull up and then forget about us. Oh, and then forget part of our order or condiments you had us request. Do you even purchase butter anymore. Everytime you say it's in the bag and I have not had it the last 3x. I'm over it! We are done eating here!
If we could give it a zero star. WE WOULD. Rude, No customer service at all. After we placed an order on line we went to pick it up and it was not what we ordered . Not CLOSE.. wife asked for a refund and the lady was rude and started talking down to my wife , she said and I quote " Listen lady, I'm a big chucked fan, and I WORK AT KFC, I know chicken. " so we were told to leave and now we spent $58.76 and now we have no food and out nearly $60.00 the worst service we have ever had . .

Im not sure whats going on here .... Whether most the employees here are new and in training or what but i ended up having to wait 30+ minutes for popcorn chicken (I ordered a 3 piece meal and the famous bowl .... Pretty standard if you ask me)!At one point they had at least 5 vehicles pulled off to the side to wait for their order. Im pretty sure i was forgotten about which is why i waited so long but when they did finally bring me out my order, it was wrong! I had to pull back around the drive through and wait for them to correct my order which again they got wrong. They gave me crispy chicken when i had ordered original. The employee THEN informed me that they were out of original. Umm it might be nice to let the customer know when they are ordering their food, not after!Super dissapointed and the whole situation was beyind frusterating. I didnt even get an apology for the extrmely lengthy wait time or the order errors. Poor customer service and they need better management there.

One would think that at 6:00 pm on a Saturday there would be food available to go out the window - 6 cars pulled over waiting 10 minutes or more for food! Not what one would expect from a national franchise - I can overlook the adolescent attitude. - where is management? Corporate are you reading this?

The worst customer service ever . The person who took my payment was talking about me right in front of me as i sat in the drive through line . I could clearly hear him saying something to a coworker that stood in the back where they could not be seen . I’m pretty confident it was the Employee who Flicked me off at the chevron up the road . They both should be fired and i would love to see it happen ?
