No Mac and cheese, also connected to an a&w but had no root beer, then waited 20 minutes for fries to cook....

Had us wait in drive thru 20 minutes because they were making biscuits. We got home and no biscuits.

Only went through drive thru so don't know much about the inside atmosphere, but the drive thru is excellent. Quick and mostly accurate even with last minute changes. They only failed to give me ranch once, no biggie. Value is surprisingly good for a chicken place, the Sonics down the road in comparison was making me feel like I needed to give some plasma to make up for the loss. That, and the service at Sonics was so slow. It was like asking the sloth a question in that movie Petopia, just painful. I didn't know the fries at KFC were so good, like a cross between normal fries and jojos. Don't know about other KFCs, just that this one in Everett hasn't let me down yet.

I would give zero if i could. These M O N K E Y S are dog S H I T workers. Horrible service. They never have any chicken prepared, this place shouldn't even have a drive through. Not 1, not 2 not 3 times but 4 times i came to this location they have waisted my time. They dont have chicken ready when the open. They start cooking as soon as they open. Ive worked KFC and the should be ready by open. Ive lost my lunch during work 2 times. Ive lost my dinner two times. Because they dont have anything ready. Absolutely horrible. I will never!!! Return to this location...absolutely horrible would give them a zero if i could. PS ive been stcukin there drive through for 30 minutes waiting to leave from my cancelled order
