I wanted to give the employees here some credit for the stupidity that they have to put up with. I pulled behind an angry customer, she felt I pulled too close to her or whatever her rant was that I ignored, purchased my food and left with it. They figured out that she did this to be petty and replaced my food within a timely manner. I wasnt trying to create a scene and I know you all are just trying to do your job. You guys rock and I hope the rest of your night went without any more irate customers that want to pick fights in the drive through.

Got 2 happy meals servers were nice got it fast .went threw drive threw .Dietary restrictions: 1 grandson can't eat anything from MCD used to can eat there fries but changed couple yrs back add dairy??? Only gets sweet tea from there menu.

Today, at around 9:55 PM, I visited the McDonald's located at 304 2nd St NE after placing a mobile order. Upon entering, my first impression was marred by the sight of small food debris scattered across the floor and under tables, creating an unpleasant dining environment.However, during my visit to the restroom, I observed an incident that raised my concerns regarding hygiene practices at this location. After using the facilities, I noticed another McDonald's employee exit the restroom without washing his hands. This individual did not appear to be a janitorial staff member, and to my dismay, he proceeded directly into the kitchen area.Given the critical importance of hand hygiene in food preparation, this observation was deeply troubling. As a result, my confidence in the food safety practices at this McDonald's location was compromised. Regrettably, despite having paid for my order, I chose to leave the premises with my wife without collecting our food.There were 3 or 4 workers in the kitchen at the time. It's worth noting for identification that the employee in question was significantly larger in build compared to other, notably smaller staff members present in the kitchen at the time. Unfortunately, I couldn't discern his name, but I felt it was important to share this experience to highlight the need for stringent adherence to hygiene standards in food service environments.I hope this feedback is received in the spirit of constructive criticism, with the aim of improving the service and safety standards at this McDonald's location.

We have a modified order and every single time we order it is absolute perfection, everything is cooked perfectly they add the perfect amount of our modifications and it's every single time it's perfect not just occasionally like other places it's reliably delicious and handled by kind staff. We've never had any issues here and absolutely adore it.
