The girls were extremely unwelcoming and short and went as far to glare at my two year old when he accidentally threw something away in the wrong can. Even after we profusely apologized. Nothing but glares. Never had as negative of an experience in an establishment as I did this one. Surprised us too because the Bonney lake Menchies employees are always incredible and welcoming. But ok, more power to ya puyallup lol.

Love the yogurt here! It is a little bit expensive but good. The staff who work behind the counters are so nice and helpful however the manager (I am guessing that is what she is since she tells everyone what to do and isn’t working up front) is very rude and does not greet customers but rather gives mean stares. She came out of the back door by the bathroom so fast she almost hit my newborn (I had to jump back) and then she didn’t say anything. On another occasion, she hit my stroller with my newborn with it and again didn’t say sorry and gave very rude stares. If you own this place or a manager you should greet your customers with smiles and hi not the cold shoulder

The froyo was delicious! Stopped in craving a sweet bite and Menchie's satisfied. The build your own bowl makes for a pretty fun experience. I'm not sure if it's this place's schtick, but the person behind the counter talked to me like I had a pinwheel and a propeller cap and I found that slightly off-putting, I don't fault them for that though, it's just not my cup of tea. Also could do with some smaller sizes, it seems they only have large and extra large!

I love Menchie's and I have been to this particular location a few times already. My latest visit was during their $6 fill it up Friday where you can fill an entire 16 oz cup (must fit under a lid) for $6 after 8pm. This is the only Menchie's location I have been to that offers this which is pretty awesome. I always have a great experience at this location and it's always neat/tidy with stocked toppings. There's inside and outside seating available. Customer service has always been great as well. I will keep returning here because I am never let down!

Love Love Love Menchies!I wish they would bring back banana yogurt!!!!! Wishing they had more of the items that served the more low carb for those who are carb restricted. Over all we absolutely love to stop there for a treat after a day of errands! ??

You know what they say "I scream, you scream, and we scream, and scream and scream"...the screaming just never ends for ice cream! I love ice cream and froyo which is essentially ice cream made with yogurt much as the words "frozen yogurt" suggests. It's really nice to get a creamy cold treat that has some health benefits to it. I don't stop in quite as often as I used to but I still enjoy coming here. They have some great flavors .. I'm a chocolate lover so I tend to go towards rich chocolatey flavors like the mudslide pie and Nutella but I also swirl in another flavor with them like the banana pudding or cake batter- they're pretty great combined. The toppings are plentiful.. they have gummies, nuts, sprinkles and chocolate candies, fruit, boba and brownie bites among others as well as cool whip, chocolate and caramel syrup and marshmallow fluff ! I kind of wish they'd update their flavors a little more often as most times I come here I see a lot of the same stuff over and over again even though they're flavors are on rotation. When I first came here years ago I really enjoyed a toasted marshmallow flavor they had and I haven't seen that as in option here in maybe five or six years now. I didn't give 5 stars because a cup of yogurt here can get pretty damn expensive... I didn't even fill up my cup all the way and I still paid $8 for my froyo so that's something to take into consideration if you're trying to treat the kiddos to froyo but you're on a bit of a tight budget. Price isn't bad if it's just a treat you get once in a while but I don't know many people who could visit regularly when it's much more cost efficient to go to your local grocery store and get a big tub of ice cream or froyo there for a bit less or the same cost of a cup here and have enough to either feed your entire family dessert at home or enough for you yourself to eat out of for a few days. Staff here are friendly and keep the place looking clean. If you're in the area and looking for a sweet treat I would still recommend them.

Very very over priced. No real flavor variation. Almost all of the flavors were some sort of chocolate. Which we could not tell the difference. Expect to pay almost $30 for two cups without of froyo. We will not be coming here again.
