The staff is super unhelpful! They leave your container open on the top shelf and call your number. I had 3 different containers, 2 hot, 1 cold and a large soda. I had a stroller with a 2 year old and no help. The guy cooking the teriyaki finished his part of my order, hollered for me to pick up, I said 3 separate times that I have additional items. Then the shrimp tempura came out and the cashier left that open and pointed for me to pick that up and finally the sushi lady came up (at least that was covered) she called my order out and left that on the shelf. I asked the cashier if I could have it packed up, she started to pull out a bag and another customer came to the counter and said, “you can finish packing her things up first.” And the cashier threw the bag on the shelf and left it for me to do.Awful, awful, awful! I said, “I guess I’ll do it myself!” And the cashier just smiled at me. Really? The food was fine. Not great, not good, fine.

Very rude employees. They got confused with my order and got pissed when I corrected what my order was. The cashier tried to tell me that was not what I ordered. Ummm. Ok. Food was just

The food is great. The guy on the grill does not speak understand English, but can cook. The ladies run this joint and can translate as well as help you out. Usually a 10 min wait, but can get busy on a busy day in the mall....but it's all fresh.Kid-friendliness: It's a mall. So you always have bad apples, but place is good hearted. Staff is great.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll on up to order.

They tried to kill me!The Food was extremely delicious but I will never spend my money here again. Lady cashier was rude. When I asked if they had peas in the rice because of my pea allergy they told me there would be no peas in the rice and when I got my food I found two peas mixed in my food. This place needs to lose their servsafe certification because they don't know how handle cross contamination. On the other hand it was super clean up front, which doesn't stop me from having allergic reactions, but convinced me to shop here. I hope they step their game up.

This place was weird. We told the girl what we wanted from the menu and she said we couldn't get that and we had to do mongolian grill style plates and she cook it. She was very sluggish and didn't really look confident in making our food. She asks us what we want on our food as far as sauces and we told her, she stops cooking and gets on her phone as we are still telling her what sauces. We sit down and eat and the food is gross. Well it just taste like the black burnt grill it was cooked on, that's the absolute ONLY flavor it had. I was disappointed..and it was expensive. 2 thumbs down

I have eaten at this place, Oki Japan, a couple of times already in the South Hill Mall food court. The food tastes very good. I wasn’t very impressed with my food this time around though. The cashier was very friendly and quick to put the order in. Since the wait was long, I went to another restaurant to get my drink.I had ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box that has California sushi rolls, A potsticker, two shrimp sticks, and seaweed salad. There were cuts in random places of my food like what you can see in my potsticker in the second photo. The sesame seed doma gando treats tasted a little off, but still good. Each ball was not completely covered in sesame seeds and with seeds unevenly cooked. I had to keep asking for soy sauce packets and only got 1 when I usually have 3 plus 1 packet of sweet & sour sauce. Also, my sushi rolls were not fully wrapped so I had to carefully eat them. This hassle for $18 of food that I paid for may no longer be worth it.
