Haven't been to the Ram in a long time, but will definitely be going there more often again. Everywhere has jacked their prices way up, but it seems like the Ram is keeping their value high and their prices very reasonable. Additionally, ever since COVID, service has declined most places, but the Ram still has a great atmosphere and fantastic customer service. Finally, their food tastes great, they are very accommodating in special requests and they have a great cocktail menu, not to mention a nice size tap list. Keep it up!

I really like this restaurant. The bar is a lot of fun and in general the staff are great.I’m leaving an average rating though just because of the General Manager. My wife and I had been there for 2 1/2 hours watching the baseball game. When the GM shows up he decides the March madness final four is so important to have on we can’t even finish watching the game, which is in the bottom of the 8th. And this despite the fact that a) no one actually asked for the TV to be changed, as the basketball game was on other TVs, and b) the bartender (who was fantastic BTW) told him twice that we had been there watching the baseball game.If someone can one day let me know if the power hungry pr**k is no longer working there, I will gladly revise this review.

Jackie was our waitress today and she was awesome. We talked and she was so polite. I saw a review on your Pho Burger Dip and i wanted to try it so my husband and i came and it is the best burger ever!!. Great taste, cooked just right. Juicy, roll was not too hard, not too soft the dip was just right. I was definitely happy and pleased with coming and trying this burger. First time EVER i have gone and tried something and not been disappointed. AWESOME JOB!!

Excellent service (Waitress "Honoka" gave us great service) food was wonderful. Went on a Saturday evening and restaurant was very busy with families with many kids in dining room. Crying kids in dining room could not have been helped or fixed by staff.

NO STARS absolutely disgusting. No hair nets on employees in the kitchen scratching their beards over the food , one girl combing her hair over the counter in the prep area. a lot of standing around on the phone throwing french fries at each other. like there's is no health department rules being followed at all and no one supervising

First time at this location . we sat at a booth near the bar , when we got our drinks and while waiting for our , we saw a rat run from one booth to another and made its way to the kitchen area. I immediately let the hostess know and she went to get the manager . The only thing the manager suggested was relocating us to a different booth ! we decided to pay our drinks and cancel our food order . will not be going back to this location
My church family loved everything about it especially the fireplace...and Chris B was an excellent server???

Came here for a late lunch/early dinner on a Monday and the restaurant was not too crowded. Our server greeted and seated us right away, and got our drinks order right off the bat.Atmosphere was fine and our server, Ashley, was a delight - took plenty of time to describe dishes, checked back frequently to make sure we were happy - 5 star service for sure!We started off with the Beer-Cheese Pretzels, and they were great - super tasty cheese sauce.I had the batter fried Shimp and they were cooked perfectly, crisp without being overcooked or greasy, and the sauce was great as well. The rest of the crew had burgers and were very happy with just the regular cheese burger on one hand and the Wagyu Black and Blue Burger on the other. No left-overs anywhere.All in all a really great lunch and we will definitely be back!

We were setted right away and got our drinksAnd then our server ask us for food I got chicken strips and rams fries my brother got chicken nuggets and rams fries my dad got Mac and cheese with pulled porkOnce we had ordered the food was great our server was a little bit rude about us committing on Applebee's but wtvI will be coming back with hi hopes with a new server
