I will never go here nor recommend them. I asked for a glass of water and the lady with dark hair at the register refused. She said she had no cups. I said you have no cups in this entire establishment and she said no. I told her she was really rude. She said I was. But this is very unfriendly and not welcoming and water should be complimentary and not a big deal. Also, I was picking up an order and she knew I am being timed. She put it in and out of the blue bag 3 times and took her time to give it to me. It's her unprofessional attitude at a restaurant. Maybe she is having a bad day but it's still not ok to treat people like this.

My family & I have been ordering from here for years. Can never get enough of this delicious food. I just have one concern if I may..would it be possible soon or in the near future to consider earth friendly togo boxes? Doing this would not change my view or the way I feel about your lovely restaurant. Thank you. :)

Love this place! Moved to South Hill in 2023 and this was the first place I tried after much research. Had their Chicken Yakisoba first, ordering online is great because you can customize it a million ways. The only thing I’m not a fan of is how big they cut their chicken pieces but I usually order breast meat but their cook is so good they’ve actually got me eating thigh meat again. We’ve now had their Yaki, Katsu, Fried Rice and Teriyaki and every dish has been equally as good. Some of the most delicious Teriyaki Chicken Breast but I made the mistake of ordering extra sauce and it was SWIMMING in sauce like a soup so I had to drain it all off at home but that’s not their fault. The only other “ding” against them I’d say is I love broccoli in my Yakisoba and they don’t put much in so I ordered extra one time and they put in a good amount but it was like an after thought, it seems as though they don’t add the broccoli until it’s done so it’s not really cooked at all which sucks. I do like it a little firm but not uncooked. So I just don’t order extra broccoli anymore. Problem solved. They include a small cup of teriyaki sauce with every dish so far that I’ve seen so you really don’t need to order extra anyway. I like to use their teriyaki sauce on the fried rice and it’s DELICIOUS. I thought the old place where we used to live was good but this place blows them away. The lady at the counter -owner I’m guessing- is always nice and friendly when I go in. It’s a little more expensive than I’d wish but worth every penny. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place. Thinking I’ll try the salmon Teriyaki next.

Their ebi tempura is not tempura. It is much closer to ebi furai. That is my top issue, because it looks exactly like those you get in Costco (breaded panko shrimp). I was expecting tempura. Even for furai, this style is definitely the ready-made frozen variety that i can make at home. The people who run it seem like very good people, but the food gives me 50/50 success/failure rate. I will not specify which foods are which. I am hoping that they improve their menu quality and consistency.

Had their Chicken Katsu and it was very good. Crispy and juicy, and very flavorful. The salad and dressing was surprisingly good as well. The service was polite and quick, and the store was quiet with only a couple other guests.

Very good teriyaki, nice crispy gioza, meat was not fatty and burnt like most places. Very nice young lady greeted me with warm welcoming customer service. I am very picky about my teriyaki and gyoza and we live in Eatonville, but will be coming back to this place!Husband said his spicy chicken and fried rice was really good. I don't understand why this place doesn't have 5 stars. But, you can't make everyone happy and there are a lot of unhappy people in WA!

I've had 3 takeouts for the past few months for my family. It's been fabulous. Their food never disappoints us. I always order Chicken & Beef Combo and Short Ribs as well as Yakisoba. They are quick and friendly every time I go there. One of the best Teriyaki places in Puyallup.

Jumping ahead of Takara Teriyaki for my favorite Bento box. Nice portion of California roll, FRIED SHRIMP, and good size portions of everything else. The fried shrimp really bumps this Bento box up to the list and then the healthy portions of California roll seals the deal. The service was surprisingly faster than I expected and the prices were great. Totally recommend! FYI the door jams open sometimes so if you run colder you might need to get up and close it.
