5 stars across because I’ve been there buddy. Twice a month my 10 year old and I get starbucks on Sunday. The line was so long. We got to the window and the man was obviously unhappy. I paid, tipped and told him to have a good day, I don’t think he did. My son asked why he was like that. Because his job is hard, he had so many cars and people are rude when they have to wait. The drinks were wonderful. We’ll be back in 2 weeks, maybe at a different time. The wait was worth it.

Hi There

If I could give zero I would. Waited over 12 minutes to get my drink and sandwich when I was the only one in line. The Asian guy was too busy flirting/making his coworker who was off shift her drink 3 times to bother making paying customers drinks. Even when she came walking up after me. To top it off I finally got my drink and it was horrible!!!

I work across the street and order from here all the time. They’re always incredibly friendly! One time I made an online order and walked over to find out their lobby was closed because they were short staffed and because of it their online ordering was turned off so my order was actually made at another location but the amazing employee (I wish I caught her name to give her credit) remade my order there!

I went to this Starbucks on November 1st went thru the drive thru and saw them putting out the new stanley tumblers so go back the next morning right before open at 430 am and wait get into the store and they don't have them. The employees tell us they didn't get any. And when told them yea they did we saw them last night they didn't know what to say. Got the DM number and if Ben Jones doesn't check his voice mail since his is full. I know it's just a cup but to have the employees lie is getting old. They can't buy cups until they go on break.
