Not getting the most welcoming vibes, come here twice a week and never a hello

Tuesday, March 19th, I went to the Starbucks in Safeway on Canyon while I waited for a prescription in the pharmacy. When I stepped up to the counter to order, it was 6:53 p.m. They close at 7:00 p.m. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and asked for it to be warmed up for my daughter. The barista told me she already shut the oven down at 6:00 p.m. I didn't make a big deal about it and ordered the cookie as is. I then ordered a mocha and she proceeded to tell me she already cleaned out the machines and asked if I wanted a white mocha instead?? When I asked her why she was shutting machines down before they closed, she replied that she didn't think she would get any other customers. You don't close the store down before the stated time of closure. Closing Duties are done AFTER the store is closed not during open hours.I ended up not ordering a damn thing and took my business elsewhere. This was horrible customer service. I've worked in retail and we never closed early....even if it was just a few minutes before closing time. This barista needs to be retrained on what it looks like to close a store down properly and provide outstanding customer service.

I love that the servers and so trustworthy. I love that if they do not know the answer, they will clearly tell you that they don't. I love that personally. Starbuck Serves the BEST Pink Cakepop and Coco Cakepop. It is My daughter and nephew's most favorite treat.

The Baristas were kind and the coffee was great. It's the closest starbucks to sumner high school and it's FAST.

Terrible. Just terrible. I'm not sure if the barista was even trained. Order was wrong, Barista argued, refused to remake and then was rude.

No one is ever there at 9:30-10:20 why close your store at those times when it says your open? I think your employees are off messing around when they should be working

Most of the girls here are super nice & make amazing drinks...I do want to point out that the "newer young lady" with lavender type hair, she has a majorrrr attitude. Unnecessary, you are working in customer service, i suggest you leave the attitude at home prior to clocking in for your shift.Ive frequented this Starbucks since they opened years ago, its a bummer this girl has to be a snot.

Not impressed with this Starbucks. They put no white chocolate or vanilla in my drink as I requested so the coffee was acidic and horrible. I go back through the drive thru to get it fixed and evidently it was almost closing time so they had the window closed and were finishing up, which was fine I simply wanted them to add the flavors to my drink that they forgot. There was a lady next to the window emptying the grinder who looked over at us and then completely ignored us. We sat there confused until she looked over and shook her head "no, we're closed." I held up my drink just so she knew we had already ordered just needed our drink fixed. She looked at it and shook her head no, and mouthed "we're closed" again. Even though we had JUST come through so I'm sure she knew we just wanted our drink fixed, and still refused to even open the window to see what we needed. This was so blatantly rude and I will never be returning to this Starbucks again. The drink was so disgusting I had to throw it away and wasted my money altogether. I'd give this Starbucks 0 stars if I could.

Employees are generally quite friendly. Lobby moves at a snails pace as drive-thru takes precedence.

The few times I have purchased coffee here have been a decent experience. The batista was friendly and made a coffee that tasted on point with how it should. But they were slower than the average starbucks, so no five stars.
