Absolutely terrible customer service from the lady taking our order. She was rude and very short with her answers to our questions. Management needs to do a serious evaluation of some of the people working here.

I have had a lot of different Starbucks as my home base throughout my 25 years of drinking coffee, this one takes the cake!! Everyone always greets me and says bye with a positive attitude. The manager is always around and working as hard as the entire team. But besides the most delicious coffee, the customer service is absolutely superior to any other store.

Went through the drive through this morning and ordered a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich along with four other items. Got home to eat it and there was no bacon on the sandwich. Called the store and the person answering the phone wanted me to come back in with my receipt. I pay with the app so no physical receipt. I told her if I wanted to come back to the store I wouldn't have gone through the drive. She said that next time I'm in to tell the barista and I would have to speak to a manager. Frankly I expect Starbucks staff to actually look at the products they put out the window before handing them out. This is one of many reasons I don't go to Starbucks much anymore.

Woman with extra long eyelashes refused me a refill since I didn’t have my receipt, I pointed out too her she had thrown it away only a few minuets ago, she remembered me, but refused my refill charging me another $2.50, a Blonde, tried to ring up my coffee initially in a way that cost $7.55 for a $5.57 cup, man, does Starbucks need money THIS bad???????
