Priorities were all wrong. My wife and I placed a mobile order, and I waited in the car to give them time to make it. Three other customers went in, so I went inside to see if my order was ready for pickup before they got super busy. After the first guy ordered three sandwiches so they made that, then checked out. They asked what I was in for, and I told them I had a mobile order.Apparently, it wasn't ready, and I saw that my sandwiches hadn't even been started. They served the other two customers instead and finished their orders, and then a new mobile order receipt printed from their pos. They managed to finish the newer mobile order, and the customer even came in to pick it up while my receipt order is still on the counter. A second worker had to ask why I was there. By this time, I had been waiting inside for 30 minutes. One other guy came in, was told his wasnt ready (receipt on counter with mine) left and came back 2 mins later to cancel his mobile order and stormed off, saying he couldn't sit and wait when he had ordered for pickup over 20 minutes ago.I'm usually a patient person because I understand when they're busy, and I'm fine waiting, but the priorities were in the wrong order here. It was upsetting that I spent 40 minutes at Subway for just two sandwiches when six others were made before mine that came after me.

This place needs shut down until they can sort out their roof and hvac system.There’s grease, mold, dust, and water all over. There’s a door locked shut because greasy water is dripping down the wall. Instead of putting a bucket on the floor they’re letting it puddle up wherever with a wet floor sign.

I adore this Subway, but my early Sunday morning fishing expedition was greatly disappointed. Not open around-the-clock; if you won't be, kindly post a notice and change your long-term hours.

I love this subway they always deliver on time and exactly what I ordered. This Subway knows its stuff!!! Need something you couldn't leave in the notes call em they have always been polite and helped resolve any order issues! Also love that the subs were labeled normally have to open one up to find out who's it is. ?

I came into this store on 12/27 in the evening and the girl working was extremely rude and unfriendly. I work retail and can understand if someone is having a bad day but you should not let that affect how you treat your customers. Normally I would not go out of my way to write a negative google review, but both my daughter and I left the store with the same feeling that someone who seems that miserable at their job should not be working in customer service.

I hope the owner/ manager sees this! I have a subway 2 blocks from my house and I drive all the way to this one because of the service!! I went in tonight and the two girls that were working were phenomenol.they worked so well together and the flow was so flawless1 I wish I git ybiet names. One brunette and one blonde, they said they always work together. They were smiling and laughing and kept a good conversation! Thanka for hiring such amazing team members!! The date is 10-18 at 730 pm if that helps!

Love this Subway, but a huge let down on an early Sunday morning fishing trip. Not open 24/7 and if you're not going to be open, please place a sign out stating and adjust your hours for long term.

I wish I could give Zero Stars. SOooo Annoying! Ordered using the Subway App. Had the option of delivery or pick-up. Chose delivery, thinking Subway offered delivery service. Order took forever to prepare and once delivered, it was incomplete. When I called the store to let them know about the incomplete order, it was like speaking with two idiots. The one who answered the phone responded "oh shoot", then asked someone if they had placed the items with the order, that person says "no" and asks, "wasn't that a DoorDash order?" Then tells the person on the phone "they have to go through DoorDash". The order total was over $60 with a large tip. I called DoorDash, and found the refund should come from Subway. I'm done with both! Do not recommend this Subway location.
