In person it wasn't bad service wise, however this place doesn't fully cook their bread or food and when we called asking for either a refund or sandwich remake all they could say was "that's above my pay grade"

Says they close at 930 I have letting the phone ring and ring since I got all the way home only to find that one of my sandwiches is completely wrong.. I have no idea how because it was a footlong turkey and I wanted half of it toasted. Sounds easy right. That's what I thought but the second half (it was rolled separately) is roast beef or something. But they won't answer the phone and it's 905 pm. Real nice

I think subway in general is great but I dislike this subway in particular because of the service. The worker "Ms. Kaur" is always rude. I asked for an Italian herbs and cheese sandwich and I specified 3 time but she still gave me a different type of bread. When I told her that she messed up she told me she couldn't do anything because the sandwich was already made. But because it was made I still payed for the sandwich even though she messed it up and I didn't want to waste food.

I came here after 1130 at night and the woman preparing my food seemed so oafy about everything. anyways I come home thinking I’ma enjoy my delicious Italian sandwich but I find a long gray hair. I was grossed out immediately and threw my sandwich in the garbage. WEAR A HAIR NET for god sakes . Waste of money!

They refuse to honor any promo codes.There are three other Subway franchises within a few blocks of them that do.It's not the business tactic I'd employ if I wanted to stay afloat with so many competing franchises so close to me, but then again, I'm not an imbecile.They'll fail.They deserve to fail.I hope it hurts.

They do not accept Subway coupons! I realize you do not have to accept Subway coupons because the store is franchised but that is a terrible business decision because the result is customers walking out and going somewhere else

Restaurant does not take Subway coupons. Said there is a sign by the door, which there was not. They saw the coupon in my hand but did not say anything until sandwiches were done. Employees were rude. I prefer Jersey Mike's and will be loyal to them.

My mom and I went to this location yesterday. The lady making our sandwiches was very rude. She seemed very annoyed that we were having trouble understanding her brusquely asked questions. When we asked for specific veggies on our sandwiches, she said no, we could only have the things that were listed on the sandwich on the menu. We will definitely not be going back.

In the morning I wanted get a sandwich for my work but the worker there insisted to do her morning task rather then serve a customer. This was totally wrong for her to make me wait so I left because I knew that's was un called for. With that said, do not expect to get proper service. The people here are lazy and don't want to do there job the right way knowing that customers are supposed to come first. Due to this I won't become a regular customer nor would ever come back because that experience ruined my day.

Pls learn to read Ordered Italian herb and cheese and got just regular Italian on both sandwiches. So not only did you fail to read once but twice.

Being rude to people will not get you very far. We'll be going to a different location from now on.Ordered two sandwiches via the app on new year's eve, arrived to pick up and told employee the name..."look at the tag" was the reply. Never been to this location before, guess it works differently here. Sorry we kept you from closing for 30 seconds. We won't be bugging this location again with our patronage. Happy New Year.
