My husband had to drive to Subway to pick up our order. My husband got home and still missing part of order. Terrible just terrible

First: I was there yesterday at 5pm - there was nothing going on. Only one employee behind the counter. But even that it was dead in there, the young man was CLEANING! Not standing around waiting for customers or playing on the phone, he was cleaning - great work ethic!The churro that I ordered was ok.

Ordered online and waited until the app said the order was ready which was about 25 min later. Went over there and not only was my order not ready, the other lady worker came out of the back, waved at a couple of people ignored me and went back into the back without checking on me. I told the maker right after she got done making three orders at least, that she could cancel out my order since those in line are a higher priority than those who just paid for their order.

Got a chicken bacon ranch online and they didn’t even heat it up when it was supposed to be, the gave me raw bacon and the supposes to be hot sandwich was cold when I got it and I even arrived 5 minutes earlier than the estimated pickup

There was a fly in the establishment and the worker didn’t feel the need to swat it away so it landed on my sandwich and she just ignored it for a good amount of time. Then when she put all the toppings on I asked her to close it so no flys or gnats would land in the sauces. Literally after she wrapped it gnats landed on it. It’s just gross there and it’s too expensive nowawadays for that!

Note to self...when paying exact amount, DO NOT WALK AWAY- Your exact cash will some how be short ! Go figure they have a hard time w their english..but $$..no problem. NEVER AGAIN !!

My brother and I came to this establishment on vacation. The staff was incredibly rude. They did not even acknowledge us. We were standing there and waited several minutes in front of one of the staff Mems we who thought unloading the bread was more important than serving the customers. Once the man at the cash register finished up with a custome he did not confirm he would be with us. He did not acknowledge us at all. The woman unloading the bread to the man at the register to “hurry up.” I counted to 5 to see if either of them would simply acknowledge us. I then told my brother “We are about to leave.” I counted to 5 again, and we left. Incredibly rude and the whole situation gave a racial prejudice undertone.

Purchased a 6 inch black forrest ham sandwich they only put 1 slice of ham on it wich doesn't even cover the bread, rediculus for the price. When I ask for more than 1 slice i was told they changed process on how much goes on a sandwich and if i wanted more on it i have to pay extra. Well maybe adjust your adverticement since your sandwiches dont look anything like them. Won't eat there again not that desperate!

Theres an Woman that works here that has that RBF going on, and she is so unpleasant to deal with its ridiculous, She has every bad trait you could imagine... Just a basic sandwich she acted like she had a long line but not one person was in line and here she is which seemed she was upset that I even dare order a sandwich from there lol Trust me I wont again smdh

I ordered via subway.com from this location and opted for delivery (it said 20-30 minutes). After I paid it kicked me back to the order screen again without giving me a confirmation. The funds were pulled from my card but I wanted to make sure that the order went through so I called the store. I spoke to an employee who was very rude and told me I must but have ordered via subway.com because they don't do delivery. (We absolutely ordered through the website). She proceeded to ask me "Who is going to deliver it??" And said she couldn't help me. Again, she was SUPER rude.
